not much TV not working. Shower would not drain. Fridge was not cold. I was not impressed when I noticed that the coffee cup I was provided with was previously used as a pen holder. Carpet in the hall way wet and smelly. The hotel has a cat and dog problem. The pool was out of service for part of our stay. When the hotel reception was advised about problems such as the TV not working and shower not draining, they said they would send someone to fix the problem, no one ever came and nothing was fixed. Menu a la cart was out of stock, forcing us to purchase the more expensive buffet option... if the hotel provides 3 a la carte options per night they should be available to the guests. The breakfast that was provided was average, the scrambled eggs were always watery, birds also pick at the food which is pretty horrible. On our last day the water ran out, no water before our fight out... not impressed. The Novotel is supposed to be a reputable hotel chain, this hotel was well below 3 stars and considering the problems we had I think it's only fair that we are provided with some type of compensation.

fantastic communication skills, absolute customer orientated, very helpful, esp for me as solo traveller, English speaking staff, fantastic value for Reunion Island holiday, excellent meals, clean, welcoming atmosphere saggy mattress, mal function air conditioning - staff notified; they documented it!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, creole food, nice pool, safe lagoon for snorkeling wifi works in the rooms but is slow (and hotel was not full), buffet dinner a bit expensive at 35euros. After staying 5 days, no way to get a late checkout beyond 12:00PM

It had a pleasant layout of dining room open to the sides and high timbered roof. The bar area was well designed which flowed towards the dining area in an l shape. The two pools and gardens were well maintained. Staff were helpful. The decor was jaded in the bedroom.

Gentillesse du personnel, L'éta des carrelages de la salle de bain, traces de vis rebouchées au joint au milieu des carreaux, anneaux du rideau de douche tombé dans la baignoire... Personnel pas assez nombreux et donc débordé en salle pendant un weekend férié ...

Chambres spacieuses Situation au bord du lagon Restaurant "le papayer"cher pour repas médiocres . Breakfast très banal et sans aucune variété . Snack fermé après 18 h Ménage fait parfois tard dans l'apres midi malgré la demande déposée avant 10 h.

Celý areál hotelu je situován v klidné zahradě, oddělené od veřejné pláže. Korálový rim umožňuje koupání bez vln I pro děti. Dva venkovní bazény, jeden s vířivkou a dětským brouzdalištěm, druhý plavecký. Lehátka zdarma, osušky také Je lepší hned v objednávce specifikovat klidnější stranu k moři a doporučuji 1. nebo 2. patro, přízemní pokoje jsou tmavější. Snídaně bohaté, personál mluví převážně pouze francouzsky. Půjčovna aut přímo v hotelu. Kousek od hotelu velký supermarket. Nebylo kde sušit ručníky a plavky, balkonek malý, bez šňůry. Pláž naturální bez lehátek a slunečníků.

Service d'un mini club - activités proposées le we pour les enfants (en particulier gentilesse de "Romain") Service de mise à disposition de serviettes pour piscine et plage Animation "Père Noel" le 25 avec arrivée en char à boeuf Accueil à l'arrivée Petit-dejeuner de qualité. Décoration des tables pour Noêl et qualité du choix des produits. Litterie. Manque d'information délivré à l'accueil (changement du code ouverture porte accès parking plage, info sur navette). Chambres devenant un peu vetustes (peinture salle de bain- joints des carrelages, toilette avec odeur) repas de Noêl trop chèr.(en particulier pour les plats chauds proposés)

- La situation pour rejoindre les autres parties de l'Ile - Petit-déjeuner - Proximité plage - Le jardin - L'état du mobilier, intérieur, couloirs (moquette, carrelage, fraicheur de la peinture des murs, mobilier de la chambre d'un autre age, connexion internet approximative, téléphone ds la chambre non fonctionnel, climtisation non-réglable, etc..). En résumé, un gros coup de rafraichissement à prévoir tres rapidement.

Les employés sont très gentils et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est très bien( beaucoup de choix) Le bar de l'hôtel est à air ouverte, donc la musique est très forte pour ceux qui dorment tôt. Pour la plage, il faut traverser une rue et il n'a pas de chaise, donc prévoyer d'avoir au moin une service de plage et une paire de soulier de plage car il y a beaucoup de roche. La plongée en apnée est très bien.. Beaucoup de poissons....

gute Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang, gutes Frühstück. entgegen der Angabe bei Booking.com kein Fitnesscenter, Zimmer war so mäßig sauber, ziemlich veraltetes Bad. Hatte ein behindertenfreundliches Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick, dafür gab es nur einen halbhoch angebrachten Duschkopf, der ein normales Duschen mit Wasserstrahl von oben nicht ermöglichte. Viele Familien mit kleinen KIndern.
