The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfy room! Perfect!
Friendly, responsive and helpful staff
Beds were hard. Hot water took a long time to make it through the taps, but plenty of it when it did come.
Big room. Two 2 person beds. Important things where clean. Big bathroom. Quiet.
Breakfast cheap (Lidl products). Some yogurt at the breakfast buffet was over date. Looks like hotel is not most important activity. During our stay we had to wait more than 10 minutes outside in the rain with children because nobody was there to open the gate, even the phone wasn't answered. Lots of dust on shelfs and spiderwebs in the corner of the bathroom. No view. So conclusion, price is too high for this kind of accommodation.
Our room and bathroom were huge!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is very close to the airport so it is a wonderful location for your last night Bucharest. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. I would recommend as long as you don't need to be near the city center. The hotel is very close to the Bucharest zoo and a nice park for walking.
It was tough to find the hotel, pay close attention to the street signs as it is set back from the main road on a side street.
The staff were lovely. The porter was at our room door at 4am to help us with our bags. The staff at the desk were more Than helpful.
The ac did not work well and the room was very dated and stuffy. There is not much to do on the area unless you have a car. There is no restaurant in the hotel.
Very pretty room and liked the wood ceilings and furniture
De-Luxe Room. Simply 'WoW!'. Near airport (7 min by car). Very Clean. Best-buy!
Unstable wi-fi. Breakfast could be better.
Everything was perfect!!! Highly recommended
The staff was excellent! The room was large and beautifully decorated with a hot tub in the bathroom and a large porch with windows that opened to let in the fresh air.
close to the airport
edge of Bucharest, where is nothing to see
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged our 4AM taxi to airport and were up early making sure our taxi arrived on time. They made sure the taxi charged the correct price..
The hotel is very well located 4 minutes' drive from the US Embassy. The standard room is very large and the bathroom is just huge. The hotel is very nicely decorated. Breakfast was lovely, we had a large variety of choices. Staff is very attentive, and they even gave us a free ride to the US Embassy.
There is nothing to dislike.
Close to institute of Physics, good customer service, spacious rooms and helpful staff. A few restaurants are nearby.
Everything! The staff was phenomenal, friendly, helping, and very understanding. They spoke excellent English, helped us rent a car, and gave us directions back to the hotel when we were lost in the middle of Bucharest. The breakfast that the Seasons served, completely made a continental breakfast look pitiful. Homemade bread was served everyday, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, juices, crepes filled with jelly, freshly made coffee (straight from the maker right to your table), fresh vegetables, and the staff offered to make omlettes to order if we so chose to. The hotel was extremely comfortable, safe, and friendly. The owners of the hotel refused to let any strangers that were not associated with guests on the property, which made us feel comfortable and safe. The owners also told us the real "Dracula" (Vlad the Impailer) castle was located in Transylvania, and not in Brans where the film was shot.
The fact that we couldn't stay longer.
Great hotel, with large rooms
All was good
