The hotel was modern and very clean. The staff was very helpful at all times. The hotel restaurant was not very good. Our complaints were addressed respectfully and promptly but the service needs some work. There are other places to eat in the area as an alternative. |

The staff was really cooperative since we had little children and too many issues occure all the time. I liked the fact that they tried so hard to give us the spirit of Christmas with gifts,songs and a giant Santa that welcomed us every day. |

The building and the decoration was wonderful. The hotel was practically empty. The sauna was closed, the breakfast was from the menu instead of buffet. |

Cum a fost construit,cum arata in interior si modul inspirat de aranjarea camerei si a bailor Zgomot prea mare din cauza muzicii din restaurant (in special zgomotul tobele) si faptul ca,daca cineva doreste sa pleca inainte de orele 7.30 - 8.00 ,omul de serviciu nu stie cum sa intocmeasca atele de plata si plecare din Hotel,desi amabilitatea lui este extrem de civilizata! |
