The staff was very nice and helpful they did everything for us that we asked of them and gave us great tips about the area. The room was nice and clean and was equipped with the nicest shower we've ever seen. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. It is located far from the city center and every time we wanted to leave to do anything at all, we were forced to order a taxi and it costs atleast 3 euros every time. The sink was not completely attached. |

cute room, friendly restaurant staff Horrible experience, downstairs noise from the restaurant (mostly by the owner and pals) kept us up until 2 am 2 out of 3 nights despite repeated requests to tone it down. No fan was provided even though it was quite hot in the evenings. Very smokey too. Horrendous! |

It is really modern, and everything works and the entertainer was very kind. The hotel is not there, where you show on your map! It is on Albabei Ion road, but the road is not in the centre if the town! It's not 15 min. walking, but 20 min. by car. |

Der Inhaber ist besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, er spricht sehr gut deutsch. Es gibt keine Speisekarte, die normalen Ansprüchen genügt. |

cortesia lontano dal centro al monento del pagamento hanno detto di non poter accettare la carta di credito,non avevo contanti con me e ho dovuto farmili imprestare. non è corretto e non è professionale. comunque mi dispiace di avere in qualche modo pagato |

Gentilezza e cortesia. E una ottima cucina. Non era indicato ma non è possibile pagare con carta di credito. La tariffa applicata per il soggiorno è stata superiore a quanto indicato da booking.com, ma ho deciso di pagarla ugualmente perchè al momento del pagamento non era presente in albergo nessuno che parlasse lingue diverse dal rumeno ed era quindi troppo difficile discuterne. |
