Good location.

The bathroom had a terrible smell and the walls were so thin that we could perfectly hear our neighbor's phone conversation.

Great location and staff .

The wifi sifgnal was very poor at 3rd floor .The tv was pretty small .

I liked the staff very much, they were very friendly. The breakfast was ok and it was at a good price. It was clean

I didnt like the room because it was to small, a small bathroom and a little window on the ceiling.With this money you can find something better.

The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. They treat you as a very important customer and for those travelling abroad this saves a lot of confusion with organising arrangements.

Perhaps the breakfast could be changed a little.I Know that buffet style is preferred by many people but as I am not one of them so a mixed omelette, hot coffee and a range of fruit would be better for me personally even at a higher price of 6 or 7 Euros. Anyway not a big problem really.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and its en-suite bathroom were warm and clean and comfortable. The hotel is so central for me and excellent value for money.

With a 2:45 am train arrival, even though we called ahead, I figured we would have a problem checking in. No problem!! They were waiting for us and we went right to our room and crashed.In the mid morning we got up in time for their adequate buffet breakfast and I noticed the desk lamp they got for me to use last year was again on my desk. Nice people, good English, owner that values customer service. Will stay there again.

I enjoyed the fact that the room was cleaned every day. It was good that I had air conditioning (even though it smelled), the room was an adequate size, the staff was smiling and helpful.

Firstly laundry cleaning destroyed my underwear. I had taken the time to separate it into coloured and white and they just washed it all together, resulting in all my underwear becoming blue. AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE FOR THE CLEANING! I think that's just adding insult to injury... I didn't even get an apology. Other than that, the air conditioning had this distinctive sweet sickly smell whenever you turned it on. The showers don't close up properly so water spills on the floor outside and the bathroom mat absorbs moisture which means it starts to stink of mold after a few days. Another little thing (I'm nitpicking here) is the fact that the rooms don't get enough light, windows should be bigger. The door and the walls are pretty thin, when I went to sleep I could quite clearly hear the TV of the person in the next room. It wasn't too loud but still audible which can bother you if you're going to work in the morning.

3 Star hotel adherent to the european standards. Staff friendly and available.

Location is good and good combination value/cost.

The ligths above the bed are becamed very hot and my girlfriend has burned her fingers really. I suggest to change them to a more safety one please.

Very nicely-designed hotel with good Internet wireless connections everywhere, at no additional charge. Honest, friendly and very helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast with flavorful coffee. All in a great location in Cluj-Napoca - walking distance from the main square, restaurants, shops, etc.

Hotel dobry, śniadanie niespecjalne.

Duży ruch i hałas na ulicy w nocy. Nie należy rezerwować ofert bezzwrotnych. Musiałem wyjechać po 1 dobie - tego nie można przewidzieć. Pieniądze za drugą dobę przepadły.

Faptul ca este foarte aproape de centrul orasului si ca a fost f curat.

Dimensiunea camerei, care este cam mica.

Kolozsvár központjában elhelyezkedő szálloda, a főbb látnivalók pár perc alatt gyalogosan elérhetőek.Jól esett, hogy magyarul beszélő, kedves személyzet fogadott.Kényelmes, tiszta, csendes szobát kaptunk, egyáltalán nem volt zavaró hogy a tetőtérben helyezkedett el.Egy másik jó pont, hogy zárt parkolóval rendelkezik.Legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni, ha Kolozsvárra visz utunk!
