Hotel Alpin  

Staff Staff personnel was extremely kind ,helpful and not intrusive. Even we arrive early at the hotel (11.30 am) they were able to provide a room for us. On the pool, staff provided our son special raft for learning to swim The view from the balcony was superb (we had room 601)

I recommend to extend the checkout time to 16.00 pm for guests who use the hotel restaurant.

The furniture was not modernized, I think, from 80's (it looked like an old rural room). The bathroom was small and sanitary appliances dirty and old. On the floor there was an dirty and wet carpet. In all, was a poor ambiance as for a two stars hotel and not for stars as we paid for. The parking place is also very small and you only get a place if are very lucky. The hotel management is not organizing the breakfast well and fast, waiting and waiting for the waiter to come back with more food. Also, if you are lucky enough not to have the room placed above the restaurant (due to the music and noise) we can rest and sleep at reasonable hours (not 4 am in the morning). So, I will never ever again stay in this hotel.

Excellent location, good money value

We have been with a group of friends to ski. We appreciated the swimming pool and spa, the free of charge shuttle from the hotel to the slopes. The hotel has a great potential, the rooms are big, the common are is nice, it has a night club and also restaurant. Breakfast is ok and staff try to be nice but the lack the

First of all, the restaurant should change the manager as the service was the poorest we ever seen and the food is below the expectations, when we had dinner. If you have skis, it is extremely complicate with the lockers as you are not provided a key for the access door and you always have to take somebody fromt he staff with you to open it. Another issue is the parking, because of the snow and the fact that there is no parking system in place, it was impossible for us to park our car. The hotel has a fantastic potential but it would be have better trained staff and a restaurant at least decent.

We cannot say we liked something very much. We were looking for a quality hotel but we found a medium one with high prices. More like a 3* hotel.

Poor menu diversity. The hotel has 2 restaurants but both of them have the same menu. The breakfast is rich but it is the same every day and it has poor quality food. We didn't expect to find such a breakfast in a 4* hotel. Few parking spaces comparing with the hotel's capacity. We had to find a parking place somewhere on a side street. Some people were very kind and well trained but some of them were in the wrong place.

It was really comfortable,clean and I was fascinated by the pool

Everything was too expensive, we tried everything that was free, otherwise we were cheking the prices and we couldn't believe our eyes how exoensive it was

The location is excellent.

First of all we requested a non smooking room and we received a smooking room. When we asked to change the room the answer of the receptionist was: you also asked for double bed and you receveid the double bed... The bathroom accessories were missing, also the slippers and the bathrobes and we had to ask twice for them. In the end we received complimentary fruits because the room was not ready for guests. The swimming pool isn't clean and the staff of this facility is unfriendly and rude. Also the breakfast is poor.

We Booked a 4 stars hotel but in fact we stayed at a 2 stars one. The room was not clean at all,u could see one finger if dust on the black furniture. The rooms are not modern or at least renovated, old furniture,old carpet,the bathroom looks really awfull. We were two persons and we had only one set of towels...we had to call the reception 2 times so that they remembered to bring us the second set. I was really disappointed on how the room looked like and the price is way too high for what they offer. I recommend u think twice before booking here if u want to have a relaxed stay with no worries.

Wi-fi service is not available in all rooms. The communication with staff not efficient. Everybody seemed to understand our requests, but finally nobody understood nothing and cared about it.
