Hotel Alpin  

Very well located, great views from the room balcony, good services (restaurants, cafe, spa)

The hotel rooms are quite small and the furniture and appliances are old. All clean and nothing that would completely upset me, however for the price and 4 stars one would expect better.

The personal from this hotel was very friendly. a lots of things you can do at this hotel. A great perfect breakfast with a lot of food options. so I will visit again this hotel.

I do not like that in my bathroom was some kind of blood on the dor near the closet ! In the room the cleaning was OK but the problem with my room was just with the bathroom

The classic style of the decoration. Shuttle service to the ski slopes. The hotel's restaurant.

I would say that more than 50% of the employees had an unpleasant attitude. It doesn't seem normal in such kind of hotel to be served with bad humor and bad willing. It took me 2 days to take out the smell of bleach that I got from the 20 minutes spent in the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

- (My) room view (to the mountains and slope), very beautiful - room space and facilities - good and rich breakfast - good facilities for spending your time in the lobby, bars, restaurants, spa, pool - reception staff - available services

- Parking not very well maintained (snow not cleaned) - late official check-in (16:00) (but can be done earlier if rooms are free) - it is space for small improvements at the room details (furniture, balcony, lights)

It was really comfortable,clean and I was fascinated by the pool

Everything was too expensive, we tried everything that was free, otherwise we were cheking the prices and we couldn't believe our eyes how exoensive it was

The Spa Staff is excellent. First Class for Madalena and Maria, this ladies are the great assets of your company.

Very old dusty rooms, ignorant reception staff with no interest in providing solutions, lot of noise due to constructions.

Staff Staff personnel was extremely kind ,helpful and not intrusive. Even we arrive early at the hotel (11.30 am) they were able to provide a room for us. On the pool, staff provided our son special raft for learning to swim The view from the balcony was superb (we had room 601)

I recommend to extend the checkout time to 16.00 pm for guests who use the hotel restaurant.

Excelent hotel, swiming pool, breakfast, spa.

The furniture was not modernized, I think, from 80's (it looked like an old rural room). The bathroom was small and sanitary appliances dirty and old. On the floor there was an dirty and wet carpet. In all, was a poor ambiance as for a two stars hotel and not for stars as we paid for. The parking place is also very small and you only get a place if are very lucky. The hotel management is not organizing the breakfast well and fast, waiting and waiting for the waiter to come back with more food. Also, if you are lucky enough not to have the room placed above the restaurant (due to the music and noise) we can rest and sleep at reasonable hours (not 4 am in the morning). So, I will never ever again stay in this hotel.

Lovely location - upgraded to apartment which was fabulous

We came in June- off season so the were able to upgrade us to a huge suite- 2 bedrooms with showers, a large living room, dining room- really big and nice. The hotel has a very nice spa with a large indoor pool- all very clean and in order. The breakfast too was very nice.
