it was close to the major sites in the centerof the city, comfortable to access to most of the interesting sites in Bucuresti It takes some 10-15 minutes for hot water to arrive to 3rd floor...need to fix that |

At check-out personnel verifies in very explicit way the state of the room. This treatment clearly does not fit generally accepted standards. |

Very old hotel, I've had resevations for 2 days and couldn't stay more than 1 night. Sheets were very dirty and and stink, toilet was small and was not comfortable at all. Bottom line - I wish I wouldn't stay there at all. |

the staff and the position of the hotel (in the center, nearby subway and most important points of interest) The bathroom.In my oppinion the rooms booked via Booking.com are not the best in the hotel; maybe that's why the price is so low on Booking site |

Quality of the room and cheap price. Our room was small clean and confortable (but we saw another bigger). Location in Bucharest is also very good (Plaza Romana). Breakfast -buffet- was good (very romanian by Canadian standard). Personal is helping with languages when your romanian. Travelers note : Prices where cheaper by Internet booking. Some part of the room where old and less convinient but it gave a taste of communist hotel! (ex : old sink, bathroom door always closing by itself, furnitures of 70's, brown color ... ) Not much a problem. |

central location the room can be very noisy all night long, since the hotel is located on one of the main street of the city. You may end up not sleeping at all. |

It's ok. The hotel is quite old but for the price it's really ok. Without any problems. Be careful for special offers in the hall on saturday nights :-) But it's rather not the hotel's problem... :) |

A breakfast attendant is the definitely the highlight of the hotel. He's very nice, too good for this hotel. Refurbish it completely and give additional customer friendliness training to the reception staff. |

Location near the center. Nice people at the front desk. Very big room Fitness room open only at 10:00am (too late). The equipment very poor and partially doesn't work and they charge 5 Euro per visit. They promiss free internet in all the hotel but there was not a signal in the room (5th floor). |

Tunnen Ambassadorin toukokuusta 1990. Portierit ovat ystävällisiä ja asiallisia ja joustavia. Hotelli on siisti ja kohtuuhintainen. Baari toimii satunnaisesti, koska baarimikko on enimmäkseen poissa. |

Amplasarea ultracentrala a hotelului, alaturi de calitatea serviciilor oferite de personalul hotelului (micul dejun consistent, curatenia intretiunuta zilnic, discretia si serviabilitatea personalului etc) - sunt principalele atu-uri ale hotelului. Camera spatioasa (chiar daca putin cam galagioasa, fiind cu vedere spre B-dul Magheru unde traficul intens se desfasoara pana la ore tarzii din noapte) si baia utilata cu tot ce ii trebuie (inclusiv Hair Dryer) ofera confort deplin calatorului care opteaza pentru acest hotel. O singura sugestie: ar fi binevenita amplasarea unuia sau a doua computere intr-un spatiu discret, undeva in holul hotelului, pentru a oferi posibilitatea de a utiliza Internet-ul si acelora care nu cara cu ei de acasa un laptop (in camere fiind - se zice - retea wireless) . |
