There is also a freely accessible internet cafe. 24-h guarded indoor and outdoor parking provides for peace of mind during your stay. The express check-in with the bellman taking your luggage up to your room while you are already on the way to your meeting is very convenient if you are travelling on business. After a long day our Ambient Spa invites you to relax in the jacuzzi or the sauna or you can work out in the fitness centre. Please make sure to make a reservation for one of our famous and relaxing massages.

Restauració

"Ambient Restaurant" has earned a well-deserved name among the citizens of Brasov who, in time, have become faithful clients. The intimate atmosphere makes the restaurant a visited place during the day, calling people who want to spend some quiet moments in a cosy ambiance, while at night it can become and ideal place for late business meetings.
The restaurant comprises a main hall and two other rooms, an intimate room for couples and a modern one for groups of people, all totalling 55 seats.
The young personnel (average age of 23) is made of 15 employees forming a stable and functional team.

Brasov, seat of the county bearing the same name, is located in the central-eastern part of Romania, at the foot of Tampa High Hill (967m). The administrative territory of Brasov lies in the Southern part of the Brasov Depression, at the limit of the Northern mountain sides of the Eastern Carpathians. The main tourist attraction is the old fortified city, the Schei quarter of the city, still charming, where you will find a large number of old houses and an impressive patrimony of antiques and old objects of cult.

The entrance in the hotel is awful, via a garrage, is not worthing the money.

Very clean and spacious room , good buffet breakfast, storage room for luggage after check-out and great/helpful English speaking staff.Internet access is included in the room rate.

No elevator so need to climb up flights of stair to your room, luckily a porter was available.

The courtesy of the staff. The newest rooms are beautiful and the lift is very beautiful.

the description of rooms does not explain that some have not lift and are in an older part of the hotel.

It is a good quality hotel, nice rooms and very clean. Staff are helpful and polite, speak good english.

Only slight grumble is that breakfast is ok, it needs a better restaurant area, food is ok though

The hotel is new and impreesive. The room I stayed in was clean, nice and good value for the money.

I booked two rooms for the same price. They definitely were not the same standard. The other one with a tiny window in the part of the hotel that is being renewed was more a drom room than a hotel 63EUR/night. That one was disappointing and should not be offered for this price. It was just one night so we survived - if it had been more than that I wouldn't have accepted it.

The hotel did not honour the Booking.com reservations as made. The hotel promised without fail to get our laundry done but then forgot. Eventually, after a very strong complaint they did our laundry, charged us for ironing, but did not iron the clothes.

you have to be carefull on your reservation because there are to hotels in one , a four star which is perfect and a three star which is not so good.
