Excellent (extensive) breakfast, good range of other foods in the restaurant, comfortable and spacious rooms, spa/sauna/fitness room is good - there are different types of equipment in the fitness room, the sauna is hot (85+ degrees) and the spa is very comfortable.

The hotel has its fitness and spa/sauna facilities accessed via a conference room. We wanted to access the fitness/sauna/spa facilities on the Saturday afternoon of our stay. The particular conference room was in use at the time and we were told that we were not able to use the fitness/spa/sauna facilities until 9pm that night! As far as we were concerned this was unacceptable given that it was a 4* hotel, that we were guests and should be able to access such facilities as and when we want, and because we chose this hotel because of its fitness/spa/sauna facilities. An argument ensued after I was told that we would not be able to access the facilites straight away. After I asked to speak to the manager and receive part reimbursement because the facilities were not available (I was denied both of these) the fitness/spa/sauna miraculously became available and everything was ok. The outcome was good, however in my opinion the facilities shouldn't have been "out of bounds" in the first place.

Modern hotel, clean and comfortable. Rich breakfast, courteous staff, convenient parking, close to the city center and easy access to poiana brasov.

At the duplex room, double bed on the lower level is a sofa bed. Too small and not suitable for two big children

Perfect location at 10 min. walk to city centre, friendly staff, pretty clean, new design. All these make this hotel quite suitable to spend a couple of pleasant days in Brasov.

Staff were not the friendliest we came across on our holiday and it was a 10 minute walk to the centre.Air con did not work properly and we had to change rooms..

Very fine hotel. Great to have use of the jaccuzi and spa.

Spacious room with a nice design, OK breakfast, free parking and close to the center.

Spa not accessible during business meetings(big design flaw) and a bit noisy due to the location).

The staff was nice, the location was good.

The Jacuzzi was not working, the room comfort was good, but I'd say a little below other 4* hotels.

The staff made the stay fantastic. They were most accommodating and helpfull, and spoke English very well. They were truly the best.

On our last two days there they hung a very large advertisement banner and obscured our view from our window, that was very sad.

Great staff, beautiful design - very attentive cleaning ladies

Family room was on the top floor, very comfortable and provided more than enough space for our family of 4. Our boys really enjoyed the roof window view! The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff polite and helpful.

La camera era grande e il personale era tanto e molto disponibile.

Non si prendevano canali italiani e non avevano il riduttore per la presa a 3 punte/fori che abbiamo in italia. (Le prese in romania vanno bene per le prese a 2 punte, per quelle tonde a modi ferro da stiro ma non a 3 e la riduzione è difficilissima da trovare anche ai supermercati)

Плохо организованна работа спа-центра. Данный отель выбрали из-за того , что в стоимость входило посещение сауны и джакузи, но по приезду оказалось , что сауна и джакузи предназначаются только для тех , кто первый все займет, причем без ограничения по времени, в итоге мы оказались без сауны и джакузи.

במלון על מתקניו השונים כולל בחדרים מדרגות לא ממש נוח וגם די מסוכן אין ספא כפי שמצויין אלא ג'קוזי הנהלת המלון אינה דואגת לבטיחות כנגד החלקה ליד הג'קוזי -החלקתי בעת יציאתי מהג'קוזי נפלתי ונחבלתי - הצוות אדיש לחלוטין ולא איכפתי המלון מתאים לאנשי עסקים הבאים ללון ולצאת בבוקר, לא מתאים למשפחה לסיכום לא נהננו במלון ולא נשוב אליו
