Hotel Ambient  

Fiendly staff, good restaurant, central location (5 min walk to the oldtown), secure parking, lots of entertainment possibilities.

The size of the room was bigger than we expected, we could not fault the hotel for cleanliness, location was ideal for city & also mountains. The Restaurant was excelent, could not fault the quality of food & service

No bath only shower in our room

Temperature in the bathroom was extremly hot, no possibility to close the radiator.

Excellent service

Family suite was spacious. Bathroom was brand new very practical Third person's bed was equivalent to a double and made-up. The breakfast was excellent with tasty treats.

There was WiFi only in the lobby. For the rooms, internet was accessible only through cable.

Relative closeness to city centre, with easy walking

Rooms are dark, noisy, both from traffic and loud music playing outside. The deluxe double room booked turned out to be dark, airless, and uninhabitable, eventually a more acceptable room was found (reluctantly)

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and comfrotable. The breakfast was a good buffet. There was a good sauna and jacuzzi, along with training equipment. Overall it was good value.

There was an awkward design flaw because you couldn't use the sauna and training facilities when there was a business conference being held as the door t the facilities was in the conference room

It's bit annoying that the hotel has 3 and 4 star rooms mixed. We stayed in the 3 star wing and it felt bit like going to the lower class section. There's no elevator on that wing and you have to go through small backyard to reach it. Aircon would have been nice.

to warm in the room, and no possibility to regulate the radiator because it was broke (or hot or cold). the room was very noisy being without an entrance hall and because the room was exactly near the entrance in that part of the hotel. strange and complicated access in the room, through an outside technical courtyard (the heating central was there...)
