La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca del centro. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y bastante bien equipadas para ser 3 estrellas. El desayuno es bastente bueno, muy variado. En la parte de 3 estrellas no hay ascensor |

Cerca del centro y con Parking gratis. Hay pocos hoteles en Brasov. Los hoteles de Poiana Brasov estan a 12 Km por carretera de montaña, ya que es una estación de ski.Este hotel tiene la ventaja de estar en la misma ciudad Tiene una parte de 3 estrellas que es la barata y parece la zona de servicio, pero solo por la entrada pues las habitaciones estan bien. Si quereis vistas a la calle ir a la zona cara de 4 estrellas. |

Nuevo, con una buena atencion por parte del personal y cercano al centro. El mobiliario de la habitacion. Desentona con el hotel y da la sensacion de que han querido ahorrar mucho. |

Es centrico Pagamos el mismo precio por habitacion que en la capital en un hotel de 3 estrellas nh bucarest precioso, y no nos pusieron en ningun hotel, sino que nos pusieron en un apartado al lado super cutre que era una pension, penoso, viejo y con malas condiciones |

El personal es muy amable, incluso hay dos sudamericanos que hablan español.Mucha atencion al hacer la reserva ya que hay parte del hotel de 4 estrellas que esta nuevo y otra de 3 estrellas antigua y sin ascensor.Tambien los precios son diferentes. La habitacion de 4 estrellas esta correcta, limpia y nueva, aunque la decoración no es al gusto español. Moqueta y muebles un poco rancios.Situacion no en pleno centro, a unos 12 minutos andando.Desayuno muy corriente |

The staff was helpful and very plesent whenever we asked for or needed something. Everyone always had a smile on their face was very willing to help in any way. We thoroughally enjoyed our stay at the Ambient and would stay again if we come to the area. |

The front desk staff was very helpful - arranging a car service for me and helping with my laundry/ironing issues. The food and waitstaff in the restaurant was also very good. The waitress on the first night there even turned on the TV to the Cartoon Network for the kids. The kids loved the air jet bathtub and didn't want to get out. They also enjoyed the glass elevator rides. It's located at a busy intersection in the city and the traffic noise could be loud at times. Closing the windows helped but then the room was too hot. |

The beds are confortable and the hotel is not far from the center of the town,the stuff is polite. Breakfast was very poor,unaccetable fruits and cold eggs, terrible coffee!! No service at the table (tea and coffee should be served at the table,at least 2 kinds of coffe),terrible cookies and nothing sweet for breakfast.... One star for breakfast at Ambient.The room 408 was very small and dark, even at day we had to switch on the lights. There was only a shower in the bathroom and we had to ask for shampoo . At the end the wanted to charge 10 Euro more than we had in the booking confirmation.We had to pay 10 Lei for a broken glass and they charged the little bottle of water we drank when we arrived. It was quite noisy and we could hear the noises of the air condition,the neighbour's toilet and the lights didn't switch of well at night |
