Nuevo, con una buena atencion por parte del personal y cercano al centro. El mobiliario de la habitacion. Desentona con el hotel y da la sensacion de que han querido ahorrar mucho. |

Muy buena la calidad precio. muy bien el buffet, muy bien el hotel en general. Y muy bien el aparcamiento. Muy bien también la localización, muy fácil de encontrar. Todo perfecto. |

Es centrico Pagamos el mismo precio por habitacion que en la capital en un hotel de 3 estrellas nh bucarest precioso, y no nos pusieron en ningun hotel, sino que nos pusieron en un apartado al lado super cutre que era una pension, penoso, viejo y con malas condiciones |

El personal es muy amable, incluso hay dos sudamericanos que hablan español.Mucha atencion al hacer la reserva ya que hay parte del hotel de 4 estrellas que esta nuevo y otra de 3 estrellas antigua y sin ascensor.Tambien los precios son diferentes. La habitacion de 4 estrellas esta correcta, limpia y nueva, aunque la decoración no es al gusto español. Moqueta y muebles un poco rancios.Situacion no en pleno centro, a unos 12 minutos andando.Desayuno muy corriente |

La calidad de las habitaciones, el servicio de jacuzzi, la comodidad en general del hotel. La atención recibida por el personal. Su situación a 5 min del centro. No tienen tostadora para los desayunos que te ofrecen, las tostadas siempre están frías. La rampa de acceso es peligrosa y cuando llueve es fácil resbalar, deberían modificarla para que no se produjesen estos accidentes. |

Excelente trato personal, extremadamente atentos, también en español (cosa poco habitual en Rumanía). Desayuno buffet muy bueno, y con amplio horario. Dos ordenadores con internet para los usuarios del hotel, incluídos en el precio. Habitaciones limpias y bastante acogedoras. Buena ubicación. La localización de la habitación con respecto al hotel, bajando unas escaleras desde recepción y pasando por un patio donde parecía estar el cuarto de la basura, y con obras,para luego subir otras escaleras (casi siempre encharcadas) hasta la habitación.Las vistas de la habitación daban a otras casas bastante próximas, por lo que si quieres privacidad, debes cerrar las "lamas" (bastante incómodas) |

I liked the hotel, it has a good location, and the service was good too. The personel is attentive and the hotel clean and confortable. I had a very good staying there and i recommend it if you are planning to go to visit Brasov. |

Ambient is a brand new hotel, very well designed, comfortable and convenient with very professional, English speaking staff. The rooms are large by new hotel standards, with very large bathrooms. Its location near the centre of Brasov is ideal. Book early though, it is popular. Some people may not like the glass lifts, but it is only four stories and you can ask for a first floor room. |

The hotel is close to the main attractions of this beautiful city, has its own secure car park and offers excellent value to explore Brasov and the surrounding Transylvanian countryside. |

Room & bathroom were big (double deluxe) and facilities were comfortable. Hotel was smart outside and reception area. Two free internet computers in foyer were useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very noisy with massive traffic noise - although I did ask for a quiet room. The double glazing was good but it was too noisy to open windows. Decor in room was "tired" Breakfast was not good compared to others in Romania. |

It's a new, very modern facility and our room (maybe a junior suite) was big and comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast were a bit unimpressive. |

Everything. The room was huge. It had a jacuzzi and towel warmers. Well selected cable channels. Staff was excellent. People at the front desk were very helpful. They gave us an excellent map, accurate directions, called a cab for us and stored our luggage after we had checked out. Its location is great. One can easily walk to the citadel and Tampa mountain. The buffet was excellent. There was no elevator to the room. The way to that part of the hotel was a bit tricky. |

The service and smiles of the staff were refreshing. This is not always the case in Romania:) The rooms were clean and comfortable too. |
