Siisti huone, hintansa väärtti! Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja henkilökuntakin oli ihan OK. Ei ole kyllä mitään valittamista. |

Henkilökunta avuliasta, osaavaa ja palvelualtista. Sijainti hyvä. Huone tilava ja hyvä. Aamupalalla hirmuisesti "rasvasta" tarjolla. Hedelmien vähyys aamupalalla olematon. Teen saanti hankalaa. |

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla, henkilökunta todella mukavaa ja avuliasta Edellisessä hotellissa Mamaiassa oli huomattavasti runsaampi aamiaistarjoilu. Huoneemme sijaitsi 3:n tähden päädyssä, heti sisääntulo oven vieressä. Käytävältä kuuluvat äänet (oven kolahdus & ihmisten liikkuminen) hieman häiritsi ja piti jonkin verran hereillä |

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja kertoi avuliaasti kaupungin turistikohteista (yhtä naistyöntekijää lukuunottamatta) Huoneessa haisi tupakka (emme itse polta) joten se hiukan häiritsi. Myös edullisempiin huoneisiin toivoisin parivuodemahdollisuuden, nyt niitä ei ollut. |

Ambient is a brand new hotel, very well designed, comfortable and convenient with very professional, English speaking staff. The rooms are large by new hotel standards, with very large bathrooms. Its location near the centre of Brasov is ideal. Book early though, it is popular. Some people may not like the glass lifts, but it is only four stories and you can ask for a first floor room. |

Parking was convenient and the location was close to the Old Town attractions. Breakfast was good and they had a great variety. |

The hotel is close to the main attractions of this beautiful city, has its own secure car park and offers excellent value to explore Brasov and the surrounding Transylvanian countryside. |

Room & bathroom were big (double deluxe) and facilities were comfortable. Hotel was smart outside and reception area. Two free internet computers in foyer were useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very noisy with massive traffic noise - although I did ask for a quiet room. The double glazing was good but it was too noisy to open windows. Decor in room was "tired" Breakfast was not good compared to others in Romania. |

It's a new, very modern facility and our room (maybe a junior suite) was big and comfortable. The restaurant and breakfast were a bit unimpressive. |

Everything. The room was huge. It had a jacuzzi and towel warmers. Well selected cable channels. Staff was excellent. People at the front desk were very helpful. They gave us an excellent map, accurate directions, called a cab for us and stored our luggage after we had checked out. Its location is great. One can easily walk to the citadel and Tampa mountain. The buffet was excellent. There was no elevator to the room. The way to that part of the hotel was a bit tricky. |

The service and smiles of the staff were refreshing. This is not always the case in Romania:) The rooms were clean and comfortable too. |

The staff was very friendly spoke great english and was helpful. the rooms are very big and nice. the breakfast is not so great considering how nice the hotel is and the price you pay. |

The staff was very polite Well, it is a bit weird, because the hotel was a 4 stars and a three stars (together) Second, if you want to go to the spa you must go throught the conferece room so if some company is using it you cant go down to the spa......and a lot of things more |

The staff was very helpful, giving us a local map and explaining where the best sites were. We had trouble dialing a local number (toll free) from our room and the receptionist dialed it for me with no issues. Though we paid for a double bed, we got two single beds. Was not a big deal, but still. Also, the shower doors did not fully close which led to water on the floor. |

I think location was great, as well as the service, and the breakfast buffet, we had massages at the spa, and were quite good. when we arrived to the room a sign of there is no water at the hotel, I told them to give us the money back since water and beds are the most important things...at staying in a hotel, they called the manager and decided to move us to a room that had water....so...makes me wonder: was there water? or only in certain rooms? |
