Närhet till centrum, artig och service-minded personal,bra service, hotelet och rummen är rena och modernt/bekvämt möblerade/utrustade. Restaurangen är inte bland de bästa i staden. |

close to center of city,good breakfast, nice staff, , close to train station.we injoy our stay thier, internet service the less of facilities in the bathroom' like soap and shampoo. were very small portion for a day. |

The front desk staff was very helpful - arranging a car service for me and helping with my laundry/ironing issues. The food and waitstaff in the restaurant was also very good. The waitress on the first night there even turned on the TV to the Cartoon Network for the kids. The kids loved the air jet bathtub and didn't want to get out. They also enjoyed the glass elevator rides. It's located at a busy intersection in the city and the traffic noise could be loud at times. Closing the windows helped but then the room was too hot. |

The beds are confortable and the hotel is not far from the center of the town,the stuff is polite. Breakfast was very poor,unaccetable fruits and cold eggs, terrible coffee!! No service at the table (tea and coffee should be served at the table,at least 2 kinds of coffe),terrible cookies and nothing sweet for breakfast.... One star for breakfast at Ambient.The room 408 was very small and dark, even at day we had to switch on the lights. There was only a shower in the bathroom and we had to ask for shampoo . At the end the wanted to charge 10 Euro more than we had in the booking confirmation.We had to pay 10 Lei for a broken glass and they charged the little bottle of water we drank when we arrived. It was quite noisy and we could hear the noises of the air condition,the neighbour's toilet and the lights didn't switch of well at night |

The location is good- within 10 mintues, you can reach to the down town. Also, there are a lot of variety of food in their buffet breakfast. The hotel staff is very freindly and helpful. Also, they provide the free internet services. I like it. It is a bit over-priced. |

Very nice room (a double in the 4 star deluxe wing) with plenty of space and nice furniture and interior design. The receptionist helped in finding a local Rent a CAR company for our exact requirements (drop-off at the airport, size, etc). Free Internet access in the lobby. Very pushy on us to leave the room till 13:00 and no right to use the SPA after this time. Poor SPA services and breakfast. |

although we paid the 4star price, they put us in a room of the 3 star hotel, with no view at all. The area where breakfast is served is very dark and full of smoke, as the smokers section is next to where food is served. |

We took the modern 4* annex (must be specified when reserving!) - with elevator, big well-equipped rooms. About 10 minutes walk from Piata Sfatului, the historic center of Brasov. Excellent staff, rich and very good breakfast. Free guarded parking. Some of the rooms don't have aircondition - if coming during the hot season specify in your reservation. |

I found the staff at the hotel, and particularly at your restaurant very attentive and helpful. Neat, nice, clean, new, efficient are some of the words that come to mine. It suited us very well. Breakfast was good, but, could be better. More items from continental breakfast menu would be nice. |

I booked 3 rooms, all were nicely furnished and all members of the party found the rooms exceptionally comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and always helpful and I would have no hesitation in staying there again. |

We got the Junior Suite which was really very nice (it was our anniversary). The glass elevator was cool. The room we had was very spacious and the whirlpool bath tab was huge. The breakfast was very good. Their was no shower curtain or enclosure, so had to shower sitting down. |

Good location for exploring centre of old town Brasov, nice breakfast, very helpful staff (particularly when one of our party required emergency dental treatment) |

I liked the hotel, it has a good location, and the service was good too. The personel is attentive and the hotel clean and confortable. I had a very good staying there and i recommend it if you are planning to go to visit Brasov. |

Ambient is a brand new hotel, very well designed, comfortable and convenient with very professional, English speaking staff. The rooms are large by new hotel standards, with very large bathrooms. Its location near the centre of Brasov is ideal. Book early though, it is popular. Some people may not like the glass lifts, but it is only four stories and you can ask for a first floor room. |
