Hotel Ambient

I liked the hotel, it has a good location, and the service was good too. The personel is attentive and the hotel clean and confortable. I had a very good staying there and i recommend it if you are planning to go to visit Brasov.

Parking was convenient and the location was close to the Old Town attractions. Breakfast was good and they had a great variety.

The hotel is close to the main attractions of this beautiful city, has its own secure car park and offers excellent value to explore Brasov and the surrounding Transylvanian countryside.

Room & bathroom were big (double deluxe) and facilities were comfortable. Hotel was smart outside and reception area. Two free internet computers in foyer were useful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was very noisy with massive traffic noise - although I did ask for a quiet room. The double glazing was good but it was too noisy to open windows. Decor in room was "tired" Breakfast was not good compared to others in Romania.

It's a new, very modern facility and our room (maybe a junior suite) was big and comfortable.

The restaurant and breakfast were a bit unimpressive.

Everything. The room was huge. It had a jacuzzi and towel warmers. Well selected cable channels. Staff was excellent. People at the front desk were very helpful. They gave us an excellent map, accurate directions, called a cab for us and stored our luggage after we had checked out. Its location is great. One can easily walk to the citadel and Tampa mountain. The buffet was excellent.

There was no elevator to the room. The way to that part of the hotel was a bit tricky.

The service and smiles of the staff were refreshing. This is not always the case in Romania:) The rooms were clean and comfortable too.

The staff was very friendly spoke great english and was helpful. the rooms are very big and nice.

the breakfast is not so great considering how nice the hotel is and the price you pay.

The staff was very helpful, giving us a local map and explaining where the best sites were. We had trouble dialing a local number (toll free) from our room and the receptionist dialed it for me with no issues.

Though we paid for a double bed, we got two single beds. Was not a big deal, but still. Also, the shower doors did not fully close which led to water on the floor.

Nice, clean and comfortable room and hotel environment.

The receptionists could be kinder, some bad smeel from the drainage in the bathroom, and some noise from ventilator (?) or what it was in the morning.
