Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat, in inima Bucurestiului, cu toate acestea e linistit, departe de forfota strazii. Este foarte curat, camera si baia sunt generoase, moderne si primitoare. Apreciem de asemenea locul de parcare in curtea interioara. Recomand cu caldura hotelul. Niste plase la geamuri ar fi bine venite. Am lasat geamul deschis in timpul noptii si au intrat tintari. O cafetiera cu niste pliculete de cafea si ceai ar fi singurul lucru care ar mai trebui adaugat in camera. In rest, numai cuvinte de lauda. |

Cladirea hotelului este foarte frumoasa, curtea este este ingrijita si plina de flori, personalul foarte amabil. Hotelul este pozitionat intr-o zona destul de linistita. Noi am avut camera cu vedere in curtea interioara si nu am auzit zgomotul strazii. Un punct forte este parcarea, ceea ce pentru Bucuresti este un lux. O problema des intalnita la hotelurile din Romania = mirosul din bucatarie care se raspandeste pe holuri dimineata... |

Well located in the center of Bucharest. Good breakfast. Large comfortable rooms. Internet connection was a bit slow and was sometimes interupted for some minutes. The airport service was a bit expensive. |

Room size and attentive and helpful staff, generally quiet in the room. Pillows were foam and not suited for me to get a good sleep on. Location felt a bit threatening at night although I actually had no problems. |

It's my second stay at Amzei and if possible it got even better. Staff is oustandingly nice and friendly, rooms are impeccable, breakfast lavish and delicious. I have a problem with coffee coming from a cheap push-button machine (it was horrible, frankly) but I'm sure they would make you an espresso or capuccino in the upstairs bar should you want it. Very very good value for money! I got a rate in Euro when booking with this web site, but then I was charged in local currency, at an exchange rate that was a disgrace. I would have preferred pre-paying the rate on booking.com in advance, than being ripped off as I was. Diminished the value of the hotel for me. And no, they can't charge you in euros, no matter how much you try. Silly Romanian rule. |

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. The rooms are spaciuos and comfortable. To the hotel reception you can find city tours for the persons who want to see something - museums or important objectives from this city - in a short time. |

Room was nice & cosy to stay in.. Close to city center & airport..Staff welcomes you with a smile.. Not so common in other hotels in the region. There is no restaurant.. But lots to choose out of the hotel.. So really not an issue.. |

The best place to stay if you happen to be in Bucharest. Right in the centre, newly renovated with love and care in a nice 1920-1930 building, spacious rooms with very relaxing atmosphere...From Hotel Amzei, you can actually walk to restaurants and bars, which for Bucharest is very rare. Spotlessly clean and staff were bending over backwards to be helpful. Guys, you could have gone an extra euro and get some better orange juice for breakfast (not necessarily fresh, just a better tasting one). And please try to remember alarm calls next time we're there-because we're definitely coming again :) |
