One of the best hotels I have stayed at. They let us check in at 9am, without even being asked, which after a sleepless 10 hours on the night train was fantastic. Everything was as advertised, everything was clean and everything worked. The staff were highly professional, and provided service I rarely get at 3 star hotels in the west, let alone out here in the depths of Romania. My first 10/10 rating on bookings.com... I think. Great views too. And a perfect central location next to the cable cars. The only thing I would have complained about was the lack of toilet roll - only one with not many sheets. But when I asked for another at the front desk, they put in a call and it was replaced before I got back to my room! |

Nothing in particular The hotel is not what you expect for a 4 stars one. Bed matrixes were old or poor quality (not smooth), shower gel was insufficient for 2 persons, a nice large balcony but empty, without anything to seat on. Breakfast not so good, as well. |

Very nice hotel with very good "value for money". For a four star hotel, the breakfast should have been better, with more variety of foods and drinks. The basic plus some tradional dishes existed. The staff of the hotel, every time i was passing from reception, they were standing up!!! Very well trained!!! In genaral, it worths a visit for anyone! Breakfast |

Mi-a placut foarte mult curatenia. Schimbarea racitoarelor cu frigidere, mai multe programe la tv, televizoare de ultima generatie, echiparea cu perne mai mari (dublate sau triplate), e vorba si de cele mici si cele mari.Papuci de casa tip scholl medicali de exemplu pentru dus.Caldura cam putina adica deloc, au fost 19-20 grade in camera.Micul dejun ar trebui mai bine organizat.Masa de biliard foarte prost amplasata.Existenta unui televizor de mari dimensiuni in club ar fi necesara.Echiparea clubului ci PLAYSTATION 3 SAU XBOX 360 SAU NINTENDO Wii. etc, etc, etc...... |

Am avut o camera la mansarda, patul e exact pentru 2 persoane. Nu recomand familiilor cu copii mici (poate doar cu pat suplimentar pt copil). Personalul hotelului nu are aceeasi instruire: atat personal bine calificat (amabili, saritori, gata sa te ajute) cat si slab calificat (nici un cuvant, luat farfuria din fatza la micul dejun fara sa te intrebe daca ai terminat, parca asteapta sa pleci... Calificarea intregului personal corespunzator categoriei de 4* |

100m from the hotel there is the ski lift to Cota 1400 and then Cota 2000 there is 3 ski/snowboard equiment renting stores, few restaurants, a club just in front, and a casino. On the other hand in the room there is not enough champoo and they turn off the heating during the night. Check the price diferences |
