The hotel staff was very helpful and tried to solve every issue that we had. The heating of the room was not switched on and it was not nice for the kids. I was solved by the second night. |

courteous service, good value food, free car parking and a reasonable range of facilities. Front rooms can be a bit noisy due tomain road and I did not seem to get the air-con working effectively. |

Keurig, nieuw hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Het was overal (in de kamer, in de gang, in het restaurant) minstens vijf graden te warm en daar was niets aan te doen. |

La camera prenotata non era disponibile e è stata fornita la suite allo stesso prezzo. Nella sala ristorante/colazione è permesso fumare quando tutto l'albergo è per non fumatori. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind um den Gast bemüht und freundlich. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Gästeparkplatz (zwar klein aber immerhin!). Die Zimmer auf die "stark" befahrene Straße sind etwas laut und man hört den Verkehr. Frühstück kann puncto Service noch etwas verbessert werden! Parkplatz eher für kleine PKWs gedacht. |

Pokój przestronny,czysty.łazienka bar/ładna i funkcjonalna Brak kart menu w restauracji,była tylko1 w jęz.rumuńskim.Brak znajomości jęz.angielskiego przez kelnerów,trudności w pozrozumiewaniu się i wyborze dań. |

Hotel Ist Neu.Personal bemüht sich sehr den heutigen Ansprüchen zu endsprechen. Man fühlt sich hier zu Hause. Parkplatz ist ein bisschen dürftig ausgefallen. |

schönes neues Hotel, sehr (!) freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption Hotel liegt an lauter Straße, die Bedienung beim Frühstück könnte im Punkt Freundlichkeit von dem Personal an der Rezeption noch viel lernen.. |

Personalul a fost nemaipomenit de amabil,camera a putut fi preluata de dimineata(avionul a sosit la 8.15, camera am primit-o la 9,30), am primit prosoape suplimentare, Bucatarul excelent, a preparat meniul exact pe gustul nostru,ni s-a servit masa in camera.Personalul deosebit de discret. |
