Buona la posizione, vicino al centro commerciale più grande della città e a pochi minuti dal centro.

Rapporto qualità prezzo carente. La camera è fredda, disadorna, il wifi non funziona e la colazione è praticamente inesistente (o mangiavi il piatto che ti offrivano loro (compostao da 3 fette di formaggio, simmenthal (?) rovesciata e un pomodoro) oppure niente!.

A fényképek lényegesen korábbi állapotokat tükröznek, a fitnesz terem eléggé szegényes lehetőségekkel bír, a reggelinél nem túlságosan nagy a választék.

Unfortunately, I did not like the way the hotel changed and therefore cannot recommend it anymore. Unless you are a heavy smoker and prefer heavy smoke in your room and everywhere else, don't choose it. I always prefer to make good recommendations but this time it is impossible. I will pay more attention to all reviews before choosing another hotel in Timisoara.

La cassetta di sicurezza non era funzionante. Mancanza di servizi in bagno come asciugacapelli.

Everything is correct, I had no problem with the hotel. We had a problem with the booking, hotel reservation has not arrived. It happened to us two weeks ago in Bratislava, they had no information about changing our reservation.

Clean, neat, quite new, basic design, open lobby, large breakfast restaurant

The hotel has central air conditioning that is not functioning properly; there were 33 degrees outside and almost the same in the room; just the lobby was slightly cooler, but one cannot sleep in a lobby, hehehe; reception admitted the problem, but could do nothing to fix it; do not go there this summer, Timisoara can be a hot city in the West Plains; also, there is missing a qualified management, as butter during breakfast is melted (no ice underneath), spoons stay inside trays and are too hot to touch when serving, ubiquitous cola zero/light not available, small things that count, etc

Der freundlicher Umgang der Angestellten mit uns und ihre Bemühungen dem Kunden ein Gefühl von sich wohl fühlen zu vermitteln. Die Lage des Hotels war gut für unsere Zwecke, Parken war auch kostenfrei am Hotel möglich. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und dem europäischen Standard entsprechend, wlan einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Wellnessbereich voll funktionsfähig, allerdings scheint wenig benützt zu werden und weist trotzdem Verschleisspuren auf. Das Restaurant Bavaria bietet verschiedene Gerichte im rumänischen Stil, allerdings frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Frühstückbüffet ist mit allen notwendigen Speisen ausgestattet.

Buongiorno,sono stato diverse volte in questo hotel,questa è stata l'ultima. Ho pagato una junior suite al secondo piano con vasca idromassaggio che per girare la manopola dell'acqua calda si rischiava ogni volta di tagliarsi, visto che era rotta ed era stato messo un chiodo. Alle 4 del mattino è saltata la corrente, non ho voluto chiamare qualcuno perchè dovevo partire ed ho utilizzato la torcia del telefonino, sono sceso ed ho pagato la camera con la colazione compresa,come le altre volte ho chiesto un thè ed un caffé visto che non posso usufruire della colazione avendo l'aereo presto. Alla fine uscendo mi hanno fatto pagare, nonostante aver prenotato una junior suite con la colazione inclusa. Chi era le altre volte alla reception addirittura mi preparava I panini perchè non potevo fare la colazione. Non è il costo ma l'attenzione al cliente un pò scadente, capisco che anche il receptionist fosse stanco visto che c'era lui dal pomeriggio o forse si è preso lui I soldi direttamente. Mi permetto di dire questo perchè lavoro nella più grande catena di hotel italiana che fattura centinaia di milioni di euro e lavora da trenta anni. Un motivo ci sarà. Mi dispiace molto perchè il prodotto sarebbe buono.
