Everyone was kind and very helpfull, We are planning on staying there again this year. Service was excellent as was the food. the only thing was we couldn't have stay longer. |

The staff at check-in and -out were excellents. The room is better than pictured for the standard room. The restaurant could make it on it's own; the food was superb. An excellent choice for traveling to/from Bucharest and using as a mainstay during the whole trip. Great airport shuttle service also. |

Staff. Choose between organizing wedding parties OR remain as a 4* hotel. It is unacceptable that other guests are deprived of their rest during all night because there is a wedding going on an the music is allowed to stay, way above normal until at least 05:00. |

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel transfer with the shuttle worked well. The food is good and the tv reception. The airconditioning was set on cold as ice. Although we turned it towards heating it did not work. The best we could do was to shut it down, condition under which it still sent some freezing air, but at a lower frequency. Obviously the machine was set for 38 C outside, but during that night the temperature was around 26 C, which meant the room was freezing - below 17 C ... |

La ubicación del hotel y el design interior. Si. El personal de la recepcion (un joven) me hiso pagar el desayuno, aunque era incluydo en el precio de la estancia y tambien el transporte hacia al aeropuerto henri coanda era incuydo y tambein me habia avizado que debo pagarlo. Esto es una estafa que no se puede perdonar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Beğendiğim çok özelliği yoktu. Sadece Havaalanına Yakın olması bir avantaj olarak görebiliriz. restorant ta yediğimiz salatanın içerisinden solucan çıktı. Yemekler berbattı. Personel hem kaba hemde ilgisizdi. Asla birdaha bu otelde kalmam ve bir daha asla kimseyede tavsiye etmem. |
