friendly staff, great breakfast, and free airport transport. we chose it b/c of proximity to the airport

our jr. suite was very small and not decorated like all the pictures

Staff.

Choose between organizing wedding parties OR remain as a 4* hotel. It is unacceptable that other guests are deprived of their rest during all night because there is a wedding going on an the music is allowed to stay, way above normal until at least 05:00.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel transfer with the shuttle worked well. The food is good and the tv reception.

The airconditioning was set on cold as ice. Although we turned it towards heating it did not work. The best we could do was to shut it down, condition under which it still sent some freezing air, but at a lower frequency. Obviously the machine was set for 38 C outside, but during that night the temperature was around 26 C, which meant the room was freezing - below 17 C ...

The stay was good, nice, warm and quiet. The food is not as expensive as the room rate, which is exagerated. It is a good 3 star hotel. Kitchen open non-stop with reasonable food. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Our room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. The air co made too much noise when it was starting to ventilate. I had to wake up twice to lower the desired room temperature to make it stop. Room problem 444 or the whole hotel, I do not know. They all expected and took tips, in spite of the high rate charged for the room.
