liniste, curatenie,amplasare.....mancare proasta si o terasa care nu ar trebui sa existe coborati la 3 stele si tot au sa fie hotele mai bune si nu vorbesc despre pret ci despre aspect,conditii si servicii. |

Good modern hotel in near proximity of the airport Otopeni. Spacious rooms. Food in the restaurant was ok but there is certainly room for improvement. |

The free shuttle service for and from the airport, which was very useful for us. Room was large, well furnished, clean and silent. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The service at the 24h restaurant was simply awful: the waiter was visibly annoyed by our presence and I had to stand up and go for him in the kitchen to get his attention. He didn't really even try to give a kind service. This was the only bad thing for the hotel |

Hotel is very close to OTP airport.VERY clean.Staff friendly and helpful.We were upgraded to an executive room which was very big and comfortable.Brakfast was good. |

Everyone was kind and very helpfull, We are planning on staying there again this year. Service was excellent as was the food. the only thing was we couldn't have stay longer. |

The staff at check-in and -out were excellents. The room is better than pictured for the standard room. The restaurant could make it on it's own; the food was superb. An excellent choice for traveling to/from Bucharest and using as a mainstay during the whole trip. Great airport shuttle service also. |

Le prix de 95 € pour une chambre en surclassement de ce niveau...rien à redire. Panier petit déjeuner non compris quand transfert aéroport très matinal. |

La cortesia del personale e la completa disponibilita' per soddisfare ogni necessita' del viaggiatore. Il prezzo e' eccessivo per la realta' Romania. Tuttavia i servizi e le camere sono ottime. |

El confort, la liluminación el servicio de comida de 24 hrs., las habitaciones muy limpias y confortables, la cama muy cómoda, la cercanía al aeropuerto. decían que se podía pagar con American Express y al momento de querer pagar con esa tarjeta resulta que el sistema nunca funcionaba. |

Ich habe das Hotel wegen seiner Lage gewählt. Wir mussten morgens sehr früh am Flugplatz sein. Ich finde den 24 Std. Service toll, je nach Ankunt ist man froh, auch dann noch im Restaurant essen zu können. Beim Frühstück wurde man nicht begrüsst, auch sonst nicht angesprochen. Vielleicht liegt das an der frühen Morgenstunde oder evt. wollen die meisten Reisenden unbehelligt sein. Ich schätze ein freundliches Wort zu jeder Tageszeit. |
