Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 8,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Good clean room, breakfast was excellent, staff was good, and parking was safe and free. Even though the room was non smoking, there was a bit of a cigarrette smell, but hey this is Europe, it smells like cigarrettes everywhere. |

I found the room spacious with good, modern facilities. The whole hotel was clean and well presented, and the staff very helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, and would certainly recommend both the establishment, and the city. Whilst the food was good, sausages and scrambled eggs for breakfast each morning got a bit tired after a week. It would be nice to see a little variety for guests that are staying more than a couple of days. |

Staff very friendly and helped with walking directions, although I walked too much with my cane. Very modern and attractive entrance area. Very hard to get a taxi from train depot and then taxi took me to Hermannstadt Pension on the other side of town tho I pronounced all words clearly. It is called just Apollo. Took some walking to get to site-seeing old town. Very difficult to get taxi from walk. Have to know where taxis are lined up--not helpful, overcharged. |

The staff are friendly. All the rooms are smoking rooms, which was not made clear when I booked. They get very little light. The noise from the wedding reception thudding through the building. |

Definite plus is that hotel is located close both to the centre of old town of Sibiu and to the rail station (~10-15 min to both). Rooms are quite spacious and clean; bathrooms - as well. The area outside rooms that face the courtyard (and the street beyond it) is very noisy at night, making it impossible to sleep with window open... Alternative is a fan, which is rather noisy too. Bed sheets are made of synthetic material :((. Breakfast: juice is "made from powder" - has an unpleasant synthetic taste, too.... |

I liked the staff, the room, the food is nice. There was a problem with the parking initially as at that day there was a wedding party. Possibly, if there is a reservation with the parking needed - the space would be reserved in advance. |

I found the hotel comfortable and I did use the restaurnat one night and found it very good with a wide variety of choices. The breakfasts were also very good. The outstanding feature was the staff. As I was traveling alone and using the airport connections were critical. They made sure every need was met, on time, and even threw in coffee at a very early start well before breakfast began Guests shoud be aware that it is an 8-10 minute walk to the center of Sibiu. My very short stay found everything just fine although I cannot comment on the breakfast as I had to be off early for a flight back to Bucharest.Dinner the previous night was very good and with temperatures exceeding 32 degrees the air con was more than welcome. A hairdryer would be an asset even for a man in a hurry. |

The breakfast was OK. Also the location of the hotel is good, near the old city and not far from the main bus and train stations. I didn't liked the beds, which have wheels, plus the pillow is too thin. The door from the shower is veeery delicate, be careful and do not broke it for good:) |
