Friendly and helpful staff, a fine room and a rich breakfast. I would definitely recommend

The hotel is very nice, placed in a quiet area although a bit far from the center but the staff quite unprofessional. The food in the restaurant was quite scarce at high prices and you may also face 'surprises'. As about breakfast, the selection of food was quite inappropriate serving lots of cold meals. Also pay attention if you want a parking place. They only have four and even if we called to book one, when we arrived the recepcionist told us that we can also park in the street!!! In the end, we parked in an individual parking place and we were quite lucky to still find a free one as they didn't bother too much to reserve us the place as asked.

The bathtub was huge. The breakfast selection was quite good and filling. The staff was friendly and accomodating. They also spoke perfect English, which was helpful. The hotel was also clean. Overall, it wasn't too bad.

The hotel sign (neon sign) was directly outside of our window, making it difficult for a light sleeper like myself to fall asleep. The tv speaker in the bathroom, while a nice addition, was a surprise when it woke me up at 2:30 A.M. to Romanaian singing. Apparantely, it's connected to the cable box and even if you turn off the tv, the sound will stay on until you turn off the cable box. It must have turned to a louder show waking us up later in the evening, well after going to bed. Also, I wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel restaurant for dinner, it was not appetizing at all. Lastly, it would be nice if these sort of "higher end" hotels would have a separate smoking room/non-smoking room. It's digusting to have be surrounded by smokers while my family and I are eating. I choose not to smoke for a reason...to be forced to do so while I'm eating is annoying. Although, this seemed to be a consistent issue throughout all of Romania.

They have a strange elevator. It's very slow and you have to keep the button pressed if you want to move

Yacuzzi in the apartment, huge bathroom,

Every electricity was unplugged at arriving, so tv was difficult to start.Very far from city center, no public transportation near.

We stayed at Hotel Ary for 4 nights and found the hotel to be excellent in every respect. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were extremely efficient, helpful and friendly.... we could not fault this hotel at all and would recommend it to anyone staying in Cluj.

nette uitstraling, personeel aan de balie spreekt goed engels. Ontbijtbuffet is erg goed verzorgd en zeer uitgebreid

bedden erg krakerig, douchekop hangt los en is slecht tot niet verstelbaar, zodat je er niet goed onder kan staan om lekker te douchen.

Cel mai mult mi-a placut faptul ca te poti odihni in liniste (camerele sunt bine izolate fonic). Micul-dejun poate satisface aproape toate gusturile si este destul de bogat. Personalul este foarte amabil. Faptul ca asigura loc de parcare gratuit, in garaj (cu rezervare, ce-i drept) m-i s-a parut super.

Cand am ajuns nu mergea conexiunea la internet. S-a remediat abia spre seara. Iar pe la 11 noaptea s-a oprit curentul (au sarit sigurantele, din cate m-i s-a spus). La curatenie nu exceleaza.
