Large rooms

On arrival there was a football game being played in the stadium behind, the streets were jam packed with cars and we couldn't park anywhere despite reserving a parking place with the hotel. The hotel parking is in garages under the hotel which is accessed from the main street and cars were parked in front of the garages, The receptionist said if we wait 2hrs we would be able to park. I was not amused, we'd been travelling for almost 6hrs! No shower curtain in the tub. Plug sockets hanging out of the wall with wiring exposed Really noisy bed base, whenever you moved it emitted loud creaks, groans and squeaks. Inedible food in the restaurant, Chateauxbriand was more like brisket and on complaint we were told they would remember if for next time. There will not be a next time!

The staff was kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast and good looking rooms.

The bathtub was huge. The breakfast selection was quite good and filling. The staff was friendly and accomodating. They also spoke perfect English, which was helpful. The hotel was also clean. Overall, it wasn't too bad.

The hotel sign (neon sign) was directly outside of our window, making it difficult for a light sleeper like myself to fall asleep. The tv speaker in the bathroom, while a nice addition, was a surprise when it woke me up at 2:30 A.M. to Romanaian singing. Apparantely, it's connected to the cable box and even if you turn off the tv, the sound will stay on until you turn off the cable box. It must have turned to a louder show waking us up later in the evening, well after going to bed. Also, I wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel restaurant for dinner, it was not appetizing at all. Lastly, it would be nice if these sort of "higher end" hotels would have a separate smoking room/non-smoking room. It's digusting to have be surrounded by smokers while my family and I are eating. I choose not to smoke for a reason...to be forced to do so while I'm eating is annoying. Although, this seemed to be a consistent issue throughout all of Romania.

Everything was just fine

I really appreciated the staff and the breakfast.

They have a strange elevator. It's very slow and you have to keep the button pressed if you want to move

The hotel is very nice, placed in a quiet area although a bit far from the center but the staff quite unprofessional. The food in the restaurant was quite scarce at high prices and you may also face 'surprises'. As about breakfast, the selection of food was quite inappropriate serving lots of cold meals. Also pay attention if you want a parking place. They only have four and even if we called to book one, when we arrived the recepcionist told us that we can also park in the street!!! In the end, we parked in an individual parking place and we were quite lucky to still find a free one as they didn't bother too much to reserve us the place as asked.

Buona e abbondante la colazione, cortese il personale e enorme la camera da letto

Il letto necvessitava di sostituire il materasso - rete perchè scomodo ed il frigor in camera era rumoroso

Faptul ca este curat si personalul se straduie sa fie profesionist.

Restaurantul inca mai are de lucrat la atingerea standardului de 4 stele.

Hotel ingrijit, pretul este adecvat.

Mic dejun de 4 stele , relativ curat,lenjerie curata,in rest nemultumiri !

Minusuri - cladire din rigips ,fara izolatie fonica si termica ,pereti reci si umezi, frig, galagie de la mansarda -tavanul din lemn , patul fiind foarte mare din pal nu avea o sustinere la mijloc si salteanua se adancea la mijloc ,exact ca o covata, nu stiu cum a primit 4 stele aceasta amarata de pensiune !
