We frequently visit Bucharest for businees reasons. Therefore, we are highly familiar with the quality and range of hotels in the city. Athenee Palace is by far the best in terms of service, ambiance and everything a hotel is about. The credit goes to the invisible,however highly, valuable work of people like minuta chambermaid on the 5 th floor or geta at the Lounge Business Room. They are examples of the decency and elegance this hotel represents. Highly recommended for people who adust less to the kind of Mc Donald hotels now in fashion. Athenee Palace stands out as the perfect home - hotel for people who appreciate genuine leisure and comfort

Que es centrico Que al llegar negaran que tenia reserva (un mes antes).Que nos hicieran sentir como delincuentes a la llegada,pues no admitieron que el error era suyo.Que a pesar que digan que tienen parking,no es verdad ,aparcas en uno publico delante del hotel y nadie te ayuda.En definitiva un hotel que trata de imitar a los grandes de Madrid( Ritz,palace) pero solo en el precio y no en la amabilidad .En fin un quiero y no puedo pero que a los ejecutivos que van a Bucarest les debe gustar.Ir a otros cuatro esterllas que tambien son centricos

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist ideal. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und vielseitig. Das Personal ist ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Staff in general were very helpful at the reception. SPA: Pool-Sauna small and run down. Dressing gowns and good towels though avalable are not offered. Disappointing for a supposedly 4-5* Hotel. Also NO PARKING (even paid) availability or services (or at least not promoted)

It was a very good deal from booking.com and therefore an extremely high value for money ! The room service could be improved. I ordered a lunch and was told it would be delivered to my room 25 min later. I had to call again 45 min later to "remind" the reception that I was still waiting for the lunch I ordered !!
