We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. |

nice location and some of the people working there were very nice no elevator to get to the rooms! first day there was no buffet for breakfast |

The hotel is situate in a very quite area.The internet connection from the rooms extremely fast and free.The staff, it was ok, over the average romanian standard.The rooms were clean it is over-rated. The price is too high for the hotel itself, which is quite old. Definitely not a 4 stars.The breakfast was "a la cart" one day and the next one it was on buffet (I prefer the secod option!) and the waiter was annoyed 'cause I've asked for an expresso.. |

Le calme Les services tel le massage, jaccuzi, sont inexistants.... Publicité faussée ?? Sur les 3 nuits, nous n'avons eu aucune visite de la femme de menage, et enfin le radiateur de la salle de bain ne pouvait être baissé.... à 100 euros la nuit pour un 4 etoiles.... |

Calme, propre, personnel agréable. Les taxis arrivent facilement. Trop loin du centre pour les personnes qui désirent visiter cluj. Avec le trafic, c'est pas évident de faire la navette. |

Die Dame a.d. Rezeption ;-) Frühstück war sehr schglecht. Lauwarmer Kaffee, sonst nur Ei auf Wurstscheibe. Und nie gleich um 7Uhr zum Frühstück gehen, da gibt´s noch nix... Allerletztes Hotel, viel zu teuer, nie im Leben 4 Sterne! |
