The staff were courteous and efficient dealing with requests with no fuss The church bells outside of my window. Fortunately they did not ring for long. |

It is a modern Hotel and the crew (reception and staff from the restaurant) is very friendly. It is important to know, that there is no elevator in this Hotel. We had a Room on the front/road side off the Hotel and this is very noisy, it looks like the trucks are driving in your Room. The bad room/shower was dirty, they put papers with 100% hygiene, but the Toilet/Shower and Bad where not clean. We told the lady from the reception. The Hotel has no Baby bad. |

Excellent cuisine - the food was fabulous in the restaurant - it is 5 star quality and excellent value for money Problem with shower drain not being correctly configured and flooding taking place every time it was used, also incessant neighbourhood dog barked continuously throughout the night for atleast 3 hours! |

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr reichhaltig. Schöne, modern eingerichtete, saubere Zimmer (lediglich der Ventilator im Badezimmer viel zu laut). Ich würde ein Frühstücksbuffet vorziehen, wo man sich selbst bedienen kann und nicht auf die Mitarbeiterinnen warten muss. |

Personeel was vriendelijk, ik kon geen gebruik maken van het ontbijd, en er werd gelijk voorgesteld of er een broodje klaar gezet moest worden. Het is een echt Roemeens hotel. Ziet er op het eerste gezicht netjes uit. Het hotel is nog niet zo oud maar door gebruik van goedkope "Romstal" producten, is er b.v. in de badkamer al veel kapot. Ze laten de dames van de schoonmaak briefjes neer leggen van 100% schoon, deze briefjes niet meer neerleggen en vragen of ze alles goed schoon willen maken! |

Un hotel care nu este reprezentat la nivelul celor 4 stele pe care le pretinde.In afara receptionerei care a avut o atitudine corecta,totul m-a dezamagit:proasta organizare-am avut camera la etajul 2 si liftul nu functiona, asa ca am carat bagajele pe scari.In camera:perdele murdare,dotare minimala,curatenie indoielnica acoperita de un miros persistent de spray de camera.Am deschis cel mai mare geam pe care l-am vazut vreodata(pe care abia l-am sustinut) Drept consecinta, dis de dimineata am fost deranjati de zgomotul zonei. |
