The hotel's location and the price for the room for the night, everything else was no-where near the 4 stars it proclaims Lack of attention to detail in everything. I do not know how they got the 4 stars, it is a solid 3 star, and it is accordingly priced. |

Bathroom had a problem with the shower, hotel staff made me pay for the 3 days stay at check-in ( never happend to me before ), room is not very big, quality of the furniture is not very good. |

It is a nice hotel that offers good conditions for a short city break. The style is very nice, old fashioned and good confort. The room had some walls that were wet so it seemed not well maintained. The breakfast was not very "vegetarian-friendly" :) At check out the reception clerk was not very helping me to check out fast, even if we were in a hurry (talking over the phone for 10 min) |

The staff is very helpful. Good location in the city - there are several bus lines with stops near the hotel, that allows very convenient access with public transport to all places of interest. The elevator is only to the first floor and our room was on the second floor. |

Quite centrally located (15 min walking from old town). Good quality for the price. It is deeply decorated in middle age style. The breakfast is very poor and the breakfast staff rather rude (we were scolded by a waitress after complaining that there was no coffee in the buffet) |

The facilities in this hotel were excellent and offered a good range of Romanian food The staff were very helpful and polite. This Hotel offered good valu for money and is a warm and welcoming environment |

locatia fata de ceea ce am avut eu nevoie, personalul amabil, mancarea buna din restaurant aspect greu, incarcat, kitschos, atat in hotel cat si in restaurant (dar tine de gustul fiecaruia, asa cum am mai spus si in alt comentariu) - care nu t eimpinge spre o sedere mai lunga. Plus reteaua wireless care nu face totusi fata, norc cu cablul. Plus televizorul atat de mic intr-o camera atat de mare...Si sa nu uit: micul dejun este intr-adevar SARAC si indoielnic legat de calitate, indiferent de argumentele pe care le-ar putea aduce administratorii. |

Cam kitschos in decoratiuni (insa tine de gustul fiecaruia, nu va luati dupa mine), fara o orientare certa, decat un pseudo medieval gresit inteles, insa a fost ok din punct de verere al serviciilor, curateniei si pana la urma asta conteaza. Parcarea e o problema, fiind amplasat in ditamai intersectia. Insa au un restaurant bun, cu personal foarte politicos si prompt. Ideal pentru o sedere de afaceri scurta. As imbunatati reteaua wireless daca tot o ofer. In camera mea nu functiona decat foarte greu, noroc cu cablul. Si, la dimensiunea camerei, as amplasa un televizor mai mare, la care sa nu te uiti din pat cu greutate. In rest e ok. |

easy access to the internet We had to pay for the whole stay at check-in, moreover the person at the reception took our credit card away to the machine that we could not see; when we arrived in the room, the toilet was dirty (and not just a little); water was flowing from the bath on the floor; poor breakfast, especially concerning drinks; unpleasant staff in the restaurant, speaking poor English; at check-out quite hard to get an invoice; decoration of the hotel without good taste, quite bad location (even if there are many bus lines, it's not a city centre). To sum up, DEFINITELY NOT A 4-STAR STANDARD: many hotels with 3 stars are better (also in Romania) |

El trato de las personas que trabajen en la recepción de este Hotel. Demuestran un interés permanente para ayudarte en tu visita en esta Ciudad de Constanza. Descoloca un poco, entrar en el Hotel por el Restaurante. Parecen dos negocios diferentes, paradojicamente dirigidos por la misma empresa. Existe un descuento al alojarse, las camareras de este restaurante son bastante serias y no hacen nada para ayudarte en la selección de sus especialidades. El desayuno incluido en el alojamiento, es muy deficitario. |

Habitación contaba con todos los extras que se pueden pedir, incluido acceso a internet. Personal agradable y con conocimientos de idiomas. Demasiado caro para ser Rumanía. |

Las sabanas, es dificil encontrar esta calidad en hoteles de esta categoria, Las toallas son excelentes y cada dia las cambian aunque no sea necesario. El acceso a internet con los equipos a disposición del cliente en la planta es un buen detalle. El hotel no dispone de ascensor para el segundo piso. los baños de las habitaciones de la 2ª planta son todos exteriores, en principio eso es excelente, pero en verano al no contar con aire acondicionado son un horno. El comedor cuenta con una decoración medieval excesivamente recargada, y las mesas estan tan pegadas que cuando uno entra tiene la sensación de agobio. |
