Nice newly restored building in the middle of a forest They charged city tax and a suplementary rescue tax, even if it was included in the room price. One must stay away from their catering . Service in the restaurant is horribly slow and inadequate. They refused to serve us lunch on the first day because everyone was busy serving a table of just a dozen persons, so we had to walk a steep road for about 15 minutes to another place. |

This hotel and the staff are top notch! The staff were exceedingly helpful and went beyond expectations. e.g.: my son's luggage did not arrive in Bucharest. We had a phone number there to on the luggage. The woman at the reservation desk continued to call the number to check on the status of our luggage -- helped us avoid long distance phone charges. An easy walk to Peles castle and to town. |

It is next door to the castle which was beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. |

The location of the hotel was excellent. We seemed to be the only guests there and there were no services available other than limited restaurant hours. We were not told to put our toilet paper in the trash can. Our toilet clogged. |

当サイトで予約を確定していたのにホテルから電話で部屋が無いから泊められないと連絡がありました。今更他のホテルに代えられないとクレームすると相談した結果泊まれるとのこと。ところが行ってみると満室では無さそうでした。受付の対応も悪く、レビューとはまったく違っていました。立地がいいのでこのホテルを選んだのですが・・・経営者が変わったのでしょうか。 |
