Close to centrum!The hotel is not bad.Rather OK. First the pillows were too thick and hard. All round the night outside living dogs were barking. There are very many dogs all over Bucarest.It was too boring to stay there I mean inside. Around the hotel are just forgotten buildings (homes), so it is quite sad, depressive sight. Over the street is a higscraper's building taking.The breakfast was just the same both mornings - it was really rather poor. All was just little and seemed to be measured out. One morning coffee was ended and we had to wait for it.No pen, no writing paper, no envelopes in the room! No shoe polish either! |

The location is very good. The hotel is new and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet is excellent. From time to time, there was a shortage of cold water in my bathroom (which did not last long). |

The bed and the room itself was very good. There were no hot water supply in the bathroom. I told the receptionist about and he promissed to let it fix but nothing happens. When I mentioned this during chicking out the lady doesn´t care. No excusion, no price reduction. Very poor! |

Staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The receptionist was particularly helpful in assisting with our change in travel arrangements. Pleasant outside eating area. Plumbing did not work very predictably. |

It's very nice and quiet despite the central position. All the most important sites and museums are really close to the hotel and can be reached by foot. |

centrally located, comfortable and nicely decorated room, free wi fi,very clean, limited variety at the breakfast buffet but fresh and delicious staff need to be better trained and more smiley, at the reception they couldn't find my booking, the closet didn't have any drawers-you could only hang your clothes in your room |

The hotel facilities are impecable. Interntional standard rooms with everything brand new and in place. The location is very good, next to the main thoroughfares but quiet, and walking distance from the historical centre (which is going through some massive renovation right now, so it is not a good idea to stay there) The hospitality of the staff was poor. Especially disturbing was being controlled during the buffet breakfast and watching food being withdrawn while the guests were still having their meal. Hopefully, this can be improved by this review, because the hotel is quite good. |

Loved everything,excellent staff,parking,wifi, comfort.. the list goes on.You wont find a better hotel for your money in the city. This hotel is new and boasts retro looks and fantastic staff. |
