a nice hotel, good location for visiting the monasteries and I goot a big room with a view. To my surprise there was no air condition, but we were lucky that it was not too hot. |

Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage und Ausstattung. Frühstücksbuffet wird nicht nachgefüllt. Wer spät frühstückt bekommt kam mehr etwas. Kein Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum weit und breit, den man auf diesen Mangel ansprechen kann. Dieser Mangel gehört dringend abgestellt. Nach Abreise der Reisegruppen gegen 9 Uhr, steht das Buffet geplündert bis zum Ende der Frühstückszeit (10.30 Uhr). |

Angenehmes Zimmer (ruhig) im 8. Stock (VIP-Room) in zentraler Lage mit kleinem Balkon und guter Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Berge. Zimmer waren o.k., Frühstück sehr gut sortiert. Das Personal beim Frühstück war etwas träge. |
