Roxana was very helpful and accomodating, even preparing coffee and breakfast before breakfast dining hours. Excellent service!!! The restaurant food and service was very good, as well. Shower fixture didn't work well. Also, there was a party thru the night at the bar where the sounds kept me from sleeping.

The staff. Ramona was a star! Friendly, courteous, and professional. She is the "face" of Best. Restaurant service and food was very good, but kept running out of dark beer.
