the staff was very friendly and professional, excellent price, good location, clean, warm, free internet the TV remote was not working properly :), the view from the window was a cemetery, but those didn't bothered me so much |

Chiar daca am stat doar o singura noapte in hotel nu pot sa nu remarc calitatea deosebita a serviciilor .Am fost un grup de 16 persoane, am ajuns in hotel foarte tarziu dar recunosc ca nu am avut de suferit din acest punct de vedere,pana si mancarea calda ne astepta la ora 2 noaptea. Ik werd vriendelijk te woord gestaan, het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Ruime kamers, airco aanwezig. De locatie die wordt aangegeven op booking.com klopt niet. Het hotel ligt zeker 20 minuten lopen van het station Timisoara Nord, de routebeschrijving op de site van het hotel klopt bijna, maar niet helemaal. |
