The staff at the reception desk very good . We asked to change the room in the middle of the night because there was a constant noise from the air conditioning or the bathroom fan and they helped right away .

Bathroom - bath tube condition was poor.

It is located in a bussiness area so I would say it is suited for bussinessmen. It's a quiet area, so you should have a good night sleep. The breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from. You have a kettle and tea bags in the room, which some clients find necessery. Not me.

The room and the bathroom aren't from a 4 star hotel. They're on the small size, although very clean. The hotel is located kind of far from the city center, and there are no subway stations near. All in all, it's an ok hotel. A good 3 stars hotel, not 4.

The location is great, right close to Romexpo Exhibition Center.

The hotel is not located in the downtown but you can get there by a taxi for C.A. 3 eur. The hotel staff members were extremely polite and helpful. For the price I paid, I found the hotel very good!

If you want to go by bus, you will need to walk 10-15 minutes to the bus station. The fried eggs served on breakfast were not so good. But this are minor issues.

Very good location as I was coming from the airport before heading north next day. Green and leafy surroundings.

Not really a four star hotel, more of a three star, taking in consideration the value for money. Decent breakfast but poor presentation of the buffet and the espresso at the bar in the lobby was terrible.....it was more of a Turkish coffee.

Good for attending the Bucurest expo center (far from the center), good breakfast, free and big parking, nice staff, nice and big rooms

The hotel's restaurant worked extremely slowly - I mean the kitchen and the personnel, even though the dishes were delicious

The shower attachment was broken in my room. For this price, that should have been fixed before i was given the room

Realle a no-nonsense place. Price was great, all facilities work, nice views towards the city from the higher floors.

Internet is not included, had to pay extra, which in this day and age is like having to pay extra for hot water. Location was great for me, near where I needed to go, but otherwise it's way away from anything that matters and even public transport. But with the dirt-cheap taxis, that's not really a big issue.

Service people waiting always for a tip. There is not free internet available in the hotel Shuttle service to the airport really expensive

Close to the main Romanian Expo Park (ROMEXPO), pretty quiet for a hotel located in the city. The rooms were very clean, you got free water heater + tea, coffee, decaf. I didn't get to the free breakfast because I was very tired from the event during the night.

I couldn't unlock my safe after testing it and managed to change it's PIN.

Helpful & kind service (thanks Gabriel). Very good hotel. Good value for money. Clean. Don't miss the restaurant - the food is very good!
