cloose to the old city, staff at the reception cooperative and effricient like LOaura, Alela, and Reka hotel elevator can use cleaning, noisy dogs barking almost all the time beside the hotel close to our room |

Location to my final detination. The room - I have stayed in this hotel before because the loaction. The bed was the most uncomforable I have ever slept in. The noise from the street was also a distraction. i staying again i would ask for one of the newer rooms. room also smelled of cigerette smoke - which is not a supprise as it is Romania |

The hotel is nice and clean friendly staff, and the rooms are spacious Some of the furniture felt cheap. And in Cluj you can get way better value for money. |

The staff were extremely helpful. The beds were a little uncomfortable. Dogs barking in a next door private residence. |
