Very clean hotel with nice and friendly personal.

Location is very good for the airport. The staf was very, very kindly and helpfull.Good quality for less money.

Nice hotel, in a quiet area, on the Mures river. If you're in Targu Mures for the Peninsula Festival, it's a great location - close enough by taxi to get there cheaply, but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise of the festival. Rooms were pretty basic, but very clean, with a balcony overlooking the river (just make sure you close the balcony door when leaving, as it's pretty easy to cross from one balcony to another). The hotel also has an indoor and outdoor pool, where you can relax. Breakfast is ok, too and was a nice addition for the great price.

The rooms are big and very nice. The breakfast was also very good. You have access to the pools. Not far from city center (but use a taxi)

We liked this hotel very much and were satisfied. Exceptional was the kindness of personal at the front desk and at restaurant. A very good restaurant on high level.

I really liked the staff who was extremely helpful, they even prepared me sandwiches, as I had to leave at 3am and couldn't stay for breakfast. The room was very spacious, it was very clean,

The hotel was based outside the city, which surprised me, as I thought it was based only 1,5km from the centre. My booking wasn't on the system but I don't know whose fault was it, the hotel or the booking.com

This hotel must be avoided!! I will give only two examples without a comment. 1. I wantet to get the password for the WiFi internet (useless anyway, because the room was outside the coverage). I picked up the telephone and something ( I do not want to know what) sticked to my hand. it toke me app. 10 minutes to wash it away. 2. After the above mentioned washing in the bathroom i wanted to dry mu hands with a piece of paper. Then opened the trash can to litter it away. The Trash can was still ful with garbage (hopefully) from the previous guest.

El hotel esta bastante bien, el personal de recepcion muy amable, desayuno bastante bien.

Великолепный новый отель, с очень вежливым услужлевым персоналом. Уверенное владение английским на рецепшн. Великолепный spa-центр, вошедший в стоимость номеров. Номера очень просторные, с роскошным балконом.

Уборку в номерах производили только после напоминания об этом. Завтрак был скромный.

Hotelul se afla foarte departe de centrul orasului, chiar la marginea acestuia. Micul dejun foarte sarac, identic in fiecare zi. Desi are centru spa, nu functioneaza nici macar sauna, in jacuzzi apa rece si nefunctional.

Det var billigt och rummen var helt ok.

Utlovade internet I alla rum men vi hade inget. Frukostbuffén var skit. De hade ca 20-30 hundar som sprang runt I hotellet. Vi fick ingen sömn.

das zimmer war sauber, das bett sehr bequem. das essen im restaurant hat gut geschmeckt. die innenstadt ist mit dem taxi für etwa 7 lei schnell erreichbar. das personal war sehr bemüht

der "wellnessbereich" war nicht nutzbar, der außenpool leer und der innenpool völlig verdreckt.

Semnal slab (aproape inexistent) internet wireless in camera, la incercarea de conectare solicita parola. Priza defecta chiar langa masa unde am pus laptopul.

Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Tiszta, egyszerű, olcsó. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó.

din 5 prize au functionat doar 2: cea cu televizorul si una scoasa din perete. desi am vb cu ei inca inainte sa plec din bucuresti ca vreau acces la piscina in noaptea respectiva, nu am avut acces la piscina, deoarece nu au gasit de unde sa aprinda lumina. mie mi s-a atras atentia ca nu se acorda acces la piscina dupa ora 22 pentru a nu deraja clientii, insa la 7 dimineata au inceput tropaielile si vociferarile. ca turist pentru prima data in oras am intrebat ce as putea sa vizitez in rastimpul de cateva ore pe care-l aveam pana la sosirea trenului. mi s-au recomandat: teatrul national (nu se poate vizita, ca nu e muzeu, e doar o cladire pe langa care treci prin centrul orasului) si cetatea medievala (care e un santier din 2011 pana in 2014 - nu am inteles ce trebuia sa vizitez).

Fara aer conditionat, fara plasa de tantari la balcon, iar faptul ca e situat pe malul Muresului vara ori stai in sauna in camera ori dormi cu insecte.

Me gust'o mucho la tranquilidad del lugar, ya que no est'a en el medio de la ciudad. El personal te atiende super amablemente. Andrei, el recepcionista, me ayud'o en mi primer d'ia en Romania y me manej'e sin problema gracias a sus indicaciones. La comida que sirven es muy rica, est'a siempre limpio el sitio, y siempre tienes alguien que te indica con una sonrisa. Si volviese a Targu Mureas volver'ia al Black Lord. Gracias!

Personal amabil, standard bun, raport calitate-pret foarte bun.Camerele au o suprafata corecta ,mobilierul in stare relativ buna, sala de toaleta amenajata corespunzator standardului.Micul dejun excelent calitativ si cantitativ.Am putut lasa masinile in siguranta in parcarea hotelului pe o perioada in care am fost plecati in strainatate.La revenire am gasit totul in perfecta stare.Sugerez conducerii sa introduca aceasta facilitate in oferta hotelului pentru ca sunt multi turisti care cauta asa ceva.Am sa recomand hotelul si altora.

Lipsa liftului,poate cauza neplaceri turistilor insotiti de bagaje voluminoase.

Nagyon csendes és kulturált Hotel barátságos a személyzet beszélnek magyarul! A Wellnes részleg nagyon kellemes! Csak ajánlani tudom! Autóval kiváló a közlekedés!

A nyilvános wifi a felsőbb emeleteken nagyon gyenge szinte használhatatlan!
