il servizio con il buon ristorante e la pulizia delle camere

Tranquillo, posizione ottima per Mamaia, 5min dal mare, silenzioso e pulito.

Abbiamo fatto i dormiglioni, sempre fino alle 13.00 - 15.00 e quindi non è sempre stato fatto la camera, anche con l'avviso messo fuori "please make-up the room" :)

Cortesia e disponibilità da parte del personale della Reception. Posizione centrale rispetto alla spiaggia e al centro della città.

Alcuni servizi, dichiarati inclusi, ma che in realtà non erano in funzione quali: piano bar; cambio valuta; vendita sigarette.

I paid for an hotel with swimming pool, but they told me I cannot use it, because they use the swimming pool to organize marriages and I should be on the sea instead of going to swimming pool. They were very rude at me in trowing me out of the swimming pool, also telling me that if I wanted the swimming pool I should have specified it in the reservation.

The smell in the room (like not good ventilated), smell in the shower tube because of the poor water drenage, little options at breakfast

Pool was freezing. The majority of the services they list on their website, you have to pay for to use them they are not included in the price of the hotel, which is not stated on the website. The pool which you can use was closed early some days and hotel guests were asked to leave the area, because someone had reserved it. pool staff rude. food expensive in hotel. The hotel is not in mamaia or constanta town so you have to walk to get to both about twenty minutes or get a taxi.

it was ok , nothing special.

it is too far away from the beach, like 20 minutes walking in the full sun. the view to the inside court yard was a block of flats, I mean very poor. in the morning, at 7 a clock, it was very noisy as the garbage from the back yard was taken away.

The rooms are great, the bed is very comfortable. Everything was excelent.

das Personal im Restaurant war unfreundlich und erst eine angestellte an der rezeption hat abhlfe schaffen können. Desweiteren wurde nach einem Vorfall auch das restliche Restaurantpersonal sehr unfreundlich(bis zur Abreise am nächsten Tag)

Era un hotel muy nuevo y con buen servicio. Algunos camareros hablaban español.

En la piscina tenían la música muy fuerte desde las 8.30 de la mañana y esto te impedía dormir hasta tarde, puesto que se hoy en las habitaciones.
