The bed was very comfortable and the room lovely and quiet although a bit small. easy to park. The staff could have a more friendly attitude. Although the spa facility is lovely, it's too expensive if you just want a quick swim on arrival. As a guest, I did not expect to have to pay to just use the swimming pool. There needs to be a hairdryer in the bathroom---especially as it's a business hotel! |

The swimming pool and sun roof although you had to pay to use the the whole spa for a day which I thought was expensive for what I used. The hotel staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. Breakfast was not a pleasant experience to start the day. We found we had to ask for most items because staff were not attending to the buffet trays. |

Very comfortable bed and quality linen. The standard suite is large, over 60sqm. Sofa very comfortable. Bedroom quiet. TV too small for distance from sofa. As with many hotels in Romania, no tea/coffee making facilities. |

Prima hotel mooie nette ruime kamers goed ontbijtbuffet mooi zwembad op het dak van het spa gedeelte met sauna, massage en stoombaden (waar overgens wel extra voor betaald moet worden) over het algemeen vriendelijk personeel.zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. |
