The hotel is situated in a good location quite near to the tourist attractions of the city. The room facilities and security are good. Access by car not clear. The road leading to the hotel is too narrow and difficult to access. Car parking spaces are insufficient. |

The staff were friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable; it is in a quiet and convenient location The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle although this is included on their website - this was the reason I booked this hotel and it meant I had to have a taxi to the airport. I would have stayed elsewhere if the website had been accurate. |

Everybody at the hotel was very kind. There was some problem with reservation, but at least everything was OK. |

It has excellent location, close to good restaurants The introductory page of Bookings.com should be more carefuly about the hotel facilities, i.e. wellness centre and spa, which can be hardly found there but promised. |

Breakfast was good, room was nice. I only spent one night, so for this the services were ok. Breakfast room should have windows, the room designated to take breakfast was small without any view. Otherwise, breakfast is good. |

I found the staff to be extremely helpful friendly and very professional.the room was absolutely fine with a pleasant view.it was in a quet location but neverthelss very near to everything in the centre of town.i will stay here again for sure.there was a good choice on the breakfast buffet. |

The hotel is in a quiet backstreet and is very nicely appointed. There is also a really nice restaurant close by called Martins (turn right out of the hotel, follow the street to the bottom and turn rignt again, cross the street at the traffic lights and it's about 200m on the rigt hand side) |

Lage nahe am Zentrum. Hotel liegt ruhig zurückgesetzt von Hauptstraße. Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprach Englisch. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, weil wir von dort wieder nach Hause geflogen sind. Deshalb ist eine detailliertere Bewertung nicht möglich. Vom Eindruck dieses kurzen Aufenthaltes ist dieses Hotel durchaus empfehlenswert. |
