Hotel Capitol

重要事項　支払いについて予約の際、クレジットカードで、支払い済みと思っておりましたが、出発時、請求を受けました- 。二重払いになったかどうか、至急お調べのうえ、お返事ください。

一昨日深夜から、サマータイムに変更されましたが、知りませんでした。私は、昨日の朝、空港から出発、サマ- ータイムを知らずホテル出発が1時間遅くなり、大変なことになるところでした。旅行社への情報提供が親切で- ありませんでした。

Room is clean and very good furnished.

Unpleasantly smell from the bathroom.

Good and clean rooms, good bed, staff was very helpfull and polite.

Parking is to small. Hotel is difficult to find.

The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was bright and clean and the location, although near the centre, was rural in it's surroundings

The welcome and service was excellent and the recptionist spoke good English.. We were not there early enough to request a breakfast pack but were pleased that juice, yoghourt and cereal were available very early in the morning. Also we paid the rate displayed which was 4 euros less than the Internet price.

One slight hiccup was that we requested a 1/4 to 4 call up and it came at 4.15 but it wasn't a major problem. The very narrow entrance for cars was a bit difficult when we arrived and meant we had to walk to the taxi next morning although the driver came to get our cases.

I like the staff, is very polite, cleanliness the room, silence and position.

The room, though on the small side, it was clean and comfortable. The Reception Staff was most helpful. The breakfast was adequate and the staff refreshed the food as needed. Overall, good value for money and just a 5-10 min walk from the centre of town.

It's lockation. Hard to find the entrance with car!!!

Hotel was perfect. Secure parking. Hotel staff very courteous, efficient and hepful. Assistance with bags to the room, even though there was a lift. Very comfortable rooms and satellite tv. Receptionist even lent us a laptop for the room to use the internet.

The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle although this is included on their website - this was the reason I booked this hotel and it meant I had to have a taxi to the airport. I would have stayed elsewhere if the website had been accurate.

Quiet location - tucked away in a side street, but walking distance from some restaurants.

It has excellent location, close to good restaurants

The introductory page of Bookings.com should be more carefuly about the hotel facilities, i.e. wellness centre and spa, which can be hardly found there but promised.
