vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel - nette kamer - schriftelijke aanvraag werd goed opgevolgd - wifi werkte prima beetje beperkt ontbijt - nogal wat hondengeblaf bij de buren - voorbehouden parking zou wat groter mogen zijn |

The VIP room is very spacious and the windows are well isolated against noise. The UPC satellitereceiver didn't work first but one of the employees resolved it. You can order roomservice from the restaurant next door (good food!) at the reception. The bathroom has one of those bathtubs with doors and a roof which has the shower in it, including massage sprinklers and a radio... very fancy looking but not practical. The tub was too small to lie down in - you can only kind of sit in it. The shower-in-the-roof was leaking in the wrong direction. I prefer a normal bathtub that is big enough to lay in and a normal shower. |

Clean no nonsence hotel. All the basic facilities covered to a level I would expect of a hotel at this price. The house opposite my room had a very loud dog that insisted on barking very loudly in the mornings! There was a night club two doors up which did get a little loud on the Thursday evening. |

it is a quiet hotel,staff are polite and solicitous. the lift is small. the access to the main entrance is difficult soemewhat if you are disabled or have heavy luggage . |

The staff at this hotel were friendly, courteous, and accommodating to our every need. We actually returned for another night after traveling north for a few days. The refridgerators in the rooms did not work. |

We used this hotel while we were out of the country for my son's wedding. The staff was wonderful. We had 6 rooms of people and they did everything they could to help things go smoothly. A+ service. refridgerators did not work. |

In Romania one has to recognise that all hotel prices are relatively expensive compared to the cost of meals, drinks etc and that Romania is still in transition. Given this the hotel and breakfast were good value for money and I found some of the comments left by previous visitors unfair in this context. Nothing, some reviews were too critical given the cost, location and Conntry. Yes one can get better vakue for money in some parts Germany, however one would miss the wealth of architecture, scenery and ambience in Transylvania. |

Sehr grosses Zimmer. Sehr grosses Frühstückangebot. Das Jaccuzi war eher eine Multifunktionsdusche, auch was spezielles, aber eben nicht ein Wirlpool. |

Curatenia exemplara, personalul hotelului (foarte amabil) si camera unde am stat super ok. Mai degraba o constatare:pe parte din spate a hotelului exista cateva case care au si cate un caine(eu iubesc animalele);cainele acela cred ca a latrat toata noapte, foarte greu am reusit sa adorm.In rest hotelul mi-a placut foarte mult. |
