De schoonheid van de kamer, alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig. Leen hotel laptop op kamer is geen probleem (+ gratis internet).

Ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar voor 3* hotel wel ok.

Good breakfast, plenty of variety, even though it wasn't different from day to day; On request you can receive scrambled eggs or anything else. Even though I would not recommend it for more than 2-3 days stay; It's quiet boring; Double Suite VIP really worth the money spent on booking.com; At hotel you will see 1,7 X more expensive prices than here. Small parking on the sidewalk, but you don't really need a car in Cluj, taxi it's very cheap.

as per booking.com, when made the booking, it was mentioned that the total price of reservation will be charged on the day of booking. So it happened, I checked with the bank, and the money were taken from my account. Even though, when I was about to leave the hotel, the receptionist asked me to give them my credit card, in order to "finalize" the pre-authorization. I told her that the money were already taken from my account, but she insisted to have the card, in order to complete the transaction. When I got home, and checked my credit card balance, I saw that the hotel took my money twice. I've contacted them and the bank for refuse the charge in the same time. The hotel stuff apologized for the mistake, and mediately sent me the canceling of one transaction, on email, but even though, 3 days after the money were not back in my account, therefore I had to ask my bank to unlock the blocked money; I found this UNACCEPTABLE, therefore I really advice everybody to be careful with this.

Great location, close to the city centre, good value for money. The room was very spacious and clean, double glazed so that you could sleep really well. I highly recommend it for a stay in Cluj

Perfect location! There's something very close for everyone! I hated to leave! Upscale lodging at great prices, and the staff are extremely helpful (going out of their way).

Very good quality/price ration, right in the center of the town. The rooms look very well and the bed was extremely large for 1 person. Although it's close to the street, I had no problem with the noise and that was great. I slept extremely well. The staff was very kind and helpful. Initially, I had reserved a single room without breakfast, but it smelled so good when I got downstairs that I changed my mind and had breakfast there. I was very pleased about all aspects so I will definitely book a room here next time I'm in Cluj.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near the center and the botanical garden. A few steps away is a great restaurant, on request, provides room service.

Breakfast - it was good enough for starting the day, however I personally wished there was more variety and more fruits, i mean the ones easy to eat such as grapes, strawberries, bananas, etc (there were apple and kiwi every day).

A belvárosban található, gyalogosan 2 perc a fő tér. Ingyenesen tudtunk parkolni a Hotel mellett. A szoba nagyon szép, felszerelt és tiszta. Biztos, hogy máskor is ide jövünk.
