We went for a wedding and this was very well done. the air-con leaked water, the lights didn't work and the rooms were rather dingy and dark. They did not clean the room on Sunday.

La serviabilité du personnel qui nous ont aidé gracieusement dans une situation délicate imprévue. le côté spacieux et luxueux de la chambre.. avec jaccuzi. Mais un jaccuzi mal entretenu qui libérait des saletés dans la baignoire.

Foarte multumit de selectarea hotelului. Hotelul are camere spatioase, curate, baie cu jacuzzi. Micul dejun foarte bun si variat. Recomand alegerea acestui hotel.

Personel tres sympathique ! Tres dynamique ! et parlant anglais, bref une tres bonne équipe ! Sympa, mais trés bruyant, finition salle de bain tres moyenne ( le rideau de douche m'est tombé sur la tete, innondation dans la salle de bain...) wifi ! ! ! ! Inéxistant !

A very nice receptionist who kindly tried to compensate the lack of room service by calling "home delivery" restaurants. No room service. Impossible to eat somethhing after 23:30. The antenna cable is not adapted to the tv and is all the time falling. When you open the fridge, bottles are falling on the ground because a shelve is broken. High price for the quality.

A good welcome on arrival.All staff pleasant and polite,also efficient and friendly when serving meals..excellent cooking; my steak was delicious! The overall cost of the stay was very reasonable and we would stay there again.We would also recommend this Hotel to friends and family. Everything was great!!!

Hotelul beneficiaza da conditii foarte bune, foarte spatios orinude te- ai afla ( hol, restaurant, camera, baia) si cu dotari moderne si de foarte buna calitate ( mobilierul camerelor si al bailor fiind deosebit de frumos, foarte nou). Micul dejun s-a ridicat de asemenea la asteptarile noastre, la fel si celelalte mese servite. Dimineata in holul de la lift, la etajul ii ma intampina o gramada de lucruri curate sau murdare, puse dezordonat, holul fiind transformat in spatiu de depozitare si de lucru pentru personalul de la curatenie, ceea ce strica armonia hotelului!

Un hotel curat si ingrijit. Aveti grija daca va rezervati o camera pe weekend. Sunt foarte mari sansele sa fie nunta sau alt eveniment similar in cadrul hotelului. Daca sunteti cazati la etajul 1 zgomotul (muzica) petrecaretilor se aude destul de tare.

Faptul ca hotelul este situat central in Pitesti 1. Parcara foarte mica, la intrarea careia pe ambele parti era pus semn de interzis 2. Camera era rece. Desi am dat drumul la calorifer la maxim, nu s- a incalzit pana dimineata, ceea ce pentru 4 stele este revoltator. 3. In baie bideul avea bateria efecta, nu existau nici macar facilitatile pentrru 3 stele. Singurul plus era cada cu hidromasaj, dar dupa 30 de minute de curs apa nu a venit apa calda. 4. Televizorul avea diagonala mica, cu tub catodic - ca la hotelurile de 2 stele 5. Desi se spune ca hotelul are wifi gratuit, nu am gasit nici o retea disponibila. 6. Micul dejun groaznic. Fara posibilitatea de ati incalzi apa, nu era nici urma de personal in restaurant.
