Staff very polite and helpful - good English spoken. I was in room 258 - the room was spacious, but could do with a facelift. A funny incident with the minibar to be noted: I opened the vodka and it was water....should have known better after 20 years of travelling worldwide.... in any case I threw the empty bottle in the bin and decided not to complain and pay for it as I could not prove I wasn't the culprit.... The following night a new vodka bottle was in the minibar, this time same story, bottle perfectly sealed, but full of smelly water....so I took it to reception. If you go to Caro, don't drink vodka he he !

Smiling and positive staff, great breakfast, good internet connection Sleeping during the night was difficult, specially with the bad comfort of the beds and at 02.00 the disquotech started, and I heard Michael Jackson all night, and didn't sleep.

Le batiment est beau avec des espaces verts et un plan d'eau. L'accueil est excellent, le personnel aux petits soins. Les chambres sont parfaites et le restaurant propose une bonne carte.. Je recommanderai cet hôtel à des amis et y retournerai volontiers lors d'un prochain voyage en Roumanie.

Quartos espaçosos, e existem quartos realmente não-fumantes (Difícil de encontrar na Romênia). O restaurante é excelente, comida simples mas muito bem preparada. É próximo dos grandes prédios comerciais localizados na saída da cidade. Estacionamento somente aberto - em períodos de frio e neve bastante complicado. Quando pedi ajuda para "degelar" o carro, o funcionário me disse que não havia este tipo de serviço. O estacionamento é pago (4 EUR / dia), um preço excessivo para uma lugar tão grande, com tanto espaço.

Facilitatiile oferite. In perioada sejurului au fost facute lucrari de igienizare si reamenajare a zonei de receptie. Zonele in care se efectuau lucrari nu au fost separate/izolate de zonele de tranzit si de zonele in care personalul deservea clientii hotelului.

Un hotel bine amplasat pentru unele cerinte. Multe sali de conferinte si unele facilitati. Pentru 4 stele paturile nu sunt f confortabile, camerele sunt mici, baile nu sunt bine lucrate desi sunt dotate corespunzator. A fost infernal de cald chiar si cu caloriferul oprit. Nu au un bar de noapte. Parcarea se plateste desi nu ar trebui. Reteaua wireless e limitata la 6 ore la 4 stele si contra cost la 3 stele. Ar trebui sa schimbe asta.

personalul excelent, micul dejul de calitate exista camere de trei stele si nu sunt specificate explicit in oferta iar internetul nu este disponibil la toate tipurile de camere- atentie orice solicitare suplimentara va fi taxata pe masura!

Brak mozliwosci zjedzenia sniadania, sala pelna osob uczestbnczacych w konferencjach. Restauracja niedostepna wieczorem, w pelni zabookowana dla uczestnikow konferencji. Total balagan w kwestii wyzywienia.
