l'hotel est très calme, malgré la proximité d'une route a fort passage. les chambres sont très cosy. le wifi est payant et tarifé 13 €

Faptul ca stiu sa-si ceara scuze oferind o sticla de vin rosu si doua felii de tort pentru copii. Faptul ca mi s-a debitat cardul cu 66 de euro in loc de 55 si nu au asteptat sa-mi achit nota. Faptul ca tripla era dubla si am fost mutati intr-o alta tripla care era...tot dubla!

Hotelul este frumos,camere mari,personalul de la receptie si restaurant amabil,amplasarea excelenta,raport calitate/pret cu oferta excelent. Personalul care facea curatenie, ce m-a trezit la ora 7 in fiecare dimineata cat am stat la hotel chiar si duminica.

Micul Dejun, camera, curatenia, facilitatile. Parcarea care trebuie achitata separat si este notificat ca Hotelul nu raspunde de securiatea autovehiculeor din parcare.

Este curat , personalul este ok , intr-un cuvant OK Imi pare ceva anormal ca in anul 2012 sa platesti pentru o conexiune la internet la un hotel !!!

camere spatioase si curate relativ aproape de aeroportul otopeni nu este aproape de centru,dar se poate ajunge in 10 min cu metro-ul, mall baneasa e la 5 min cu masina

The location of the hotel which was 800 m away from where I attended a training session. The fact that the reservation did not say anything about the rooms being situated in the 3 star part of the hotel. We only found this out at the reception while we were checking-in. Such a piece of information should be clearly stated and highlighted while booking a room.

Restaurantul este deosebit inclusiv personalul Personalul de la receptie ,doua ture, este necalificat ,relativ arogant si total dezinteresat. Mult amatorism si dezinteres si la Lobby bar.
