I really appreciate the feedback and the availability from your
reservation department for all my special requests via booking.com!
Probably the pool is nice but we never tried it, again, because is not
for the family with kids!
In regards with my last, 14/15nov, family reservation at your hotel,
I want to address my disappointment in relation to your services:
a. The room arranged for us was outdated and not so well cleaned up; the toilet was broken;
b. Even, the reception knew about my request and that it is a family with kids, they offered a room next to a huge external turbine, that created all night long a nice and loud noise; one of the reason that we stayed at your hotel was to attend a tennis tournament, so my daughter supposed to be fresh the next day! Thanks for the support!
c. Last night, after 2200 from the room next to us and on the hallway it was a disco and another loud noise, extra to the hotel turbine;
Obviously, my wife tried to contact your help-desk BUT the answer was AMAZING : *you need to call or direct contact the room 216 in order to ask them to stop and respect the night hours!!*
So, in a normal country, in a hotel, I have to ask for decent conditions and to beg my neighbors to behave?! It is not the hotel duty to assure me human conditions?
d. On the previous reservation, 07NOV, our business room was not prepared as we requested, even we arrived at the hotel after 1930!
the coach/sofa is the worst bed I ever experienced; so fragile, so not fit to sleep; mattress not suitable for an adult; the sofa was not arranged, no sheets on the sofa, not enough pillows, just 2 tiny extra ones; it took 30 minutes in order to find the sheets on the closet, to arrange the set up etc;
I understand that your resort is much oriented to the corporate side, to the conventions and team buildings BUT it is not ok to treat in such way the families with kids!
