It is a very quiet location in such a crowded city like Bucharest. Nice atmosphere, very good breakfast, welcoming staff. We were 2 persons in a double room and we found towels for 1 person ..? Maybe it was a mistake ..... |

gifts on arrival were a nice surprise; staff were generally quite professional; organising a social event such as Champions League Football final was also not bad |

To many time lost diring the check out. Waiting around 30 minutes for this doesn't increase the customer satisfaction. |

personalul de la receptie este foarte amabil. parcarea este in regula. aparatul TV este de mult depasit. chiar si-a pierdut imaginea la un moment dat. la acelasi pret in alte capitale europene exista conditii mai bune |
