Just location. It was near the conference event. Staff does not speak good English at all. They put me in an embarrassing position couple of times. They don't respect their guests at all. That's NOT the way a 5 star hotel should treat their clients. Lastly, 5 euro for a 0.5l bottle of water. Totally miserable. Not to mention the rest.

Impressive view towards the city, very quiet, staff excessively polite, rooms are quite large, interior is beautiful, free internet, fully loaded room with all accessories, convenient location, although a bit off the beaten path, tram is not far but there aren't a lot of public transport options. Breakfast is a little poor, a fixed menu, but good quality.

The staff at the hotel was very helpfull. In addition the restaurant was very good and well priced. Since the hotel was a little empty, you felt that you were the only guest -could be positive but also not comfortable feeling.

Cet hotel a tous les atouts pour être exceptionnel, malheureusement certains petits détails détériorent l'image et le ressenti du séjour. Sans doute pas de chance, mais : eau marron dans la salle de bains, pas de pression d'eau chaude, petit déjeuner très en décevant pour un établissement qui se veut luxueux, ambiance générale triste et vieillotte et enfin accès à l'hôtel fastidieux. Heureusement le personnel fait tout son possible.

rustige ligging de temperatuur in de kamers was veel te warm, de temperatur was niet te regelen, we hadden een 3 persoonssuite gevraagd maar kregen een kamer met een extra uitbouw en een uitrekbed. Mooi hotel maar slechte ligging, en weinig faciliteiten

Ne-a placut foarte mult hotelul si caldura cu care am fost primiti. Este un loc deosebit, nu ne asteptam sa ne surprinda intr-o asemenea masura. Ne bucuram ca am ales Carol Parc Hotel, personalul, serviciile si mai ales locatia s-au ridicat peste asteptarile noastre. Chiar daca nu se ajunge usor la el, merita din plin. Cu siguranta vom reveni.

Sederea a fost o placere, si cu siguranta ne vom intoarce la Carol Parc Hotel. Pacat ca n-a tinut vremea cu noi, pentru ca terasa arata superb. In rest totul a fost la (sau peste) nivelul asteptarilor noastre: parcarea gratuita, internet gratuit, personalul foarte amabil, curatenie impecabila, etc.

Hoteluri de cinci stele sunt multe in Bucuresti, dar nici unul nu se compara cu hotelul dvs! Impresionanta cladire din capatul strazii ofera o vedere splendida a orasului, chiar si dintr-o camera premium. De asemenea, serviciile si personalul au fost de exceptie.

Sehr schöne alte große Villa, herrlich anzusehen. Mein Dopppelzimmer war schön groß und komfortabel. Als häufig Geschäftsreisender bin ich Früchstück am Büffet gewohnt. Hier gibt es ein morgentliches Standardfrühstück, welches man aber mit zusätzlichen Dingen verfeinern und ausbauen kann. Einfach nach dem Rühreiern fragen, die werden dann frisch gemacht.Alles sehr angenehm. Auch W-LAN gibt es kostenfrei.

Carol Park hotel is classified as 5 star hotel and it has lived up to its reputation. We stayed as a couple for 2 days and everything about it was excellent value for money specially when compared to the prices of other 5 star hotels in other cities in Europe. The staff were excellent, they all spoke good English and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. This is not a complaint but a comment regarding the location of the hotel. Unfortunately, it is located in part of the city of Bucharest in a narrow alleyway (hidden) among other houses. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes on foot to reach from the city centre.

The staff was multilingual and excellent - very helpful. Rooms were above expectation, plush and elegant. Restaurant had great mid-priced meals and an impressive wine list. Lovely hotel, would highly recommend!
