We liked a lot the hotel, we thank to the staff..

The staff was multilingual and excellent - very helpful. Rooms were above expectation, plush and elegant. Restaurant had great mid-priced meals and an impressive wine list. Lovely hotel, would highly recommend!

Impressive view towards the city, very quiet, staff excessively polite, rooms are quite large, interior is beautiful, free internet, fully loaded room with all accessories, convenient location, although a bit off the beaten path, tram is not far but there aren't a lot of public transport options.

Breakfast is a little poor, a fixed menu, but good quality.

Great luxurious hotel, unique in Eastern Europe, always a great pleasure to be there. Was treated like a king, is a great experience. Highly recommended to those who can appreciate real luxury. Good location in city center, small hotel, only a few rooms. One of most luxurious hotel I ever been.

Central location, but nothing to do in walking distance. Internet in room not free.

The staff at the hotel was very helpfull. In addition the restaurant was very good and well priced.

Since the hotel was a little empty, you felt that you were the only guest -could be positive but also not comfortable feeling.

The decoration in the rooms and in the hotel is definitively splendid. The staff is also very professional.

The only setback is the location in the hotel. I would not feel comfortable walking alone at night around the hotel.

Ne-a placut foarte mult hotelul si caldura cu care am fost primiti. Este un loc deosebit, nu ne asteptam sa ne surprinda intr-o asemenea masura. Ne bucuram ca am ales Carol Parc Hotel, personalul, serviciile si mai ales locatia s-au ridicat peste asteptarile noastre. Chiar daca nu se ajunge usor la el, merita din plin. Cu siguranta vom reveni.

Excelenta optiune pentru un Executive. Internet gratuit in camere, parcare proprie pazita si gratuita, personal atent si prietenos, sprijin in activitati de secretariat, sala de conferinta pusa la dispozitia clientilor, sea-foods, selectie de single-mat si deserturi excelente! Grija pentru clienti din partea proprietarilor hotelului care aproape mereu sunt prin preajma. Uneori seara, ei sau clientii hotelului canta la pian pentru amuzamentul celorlalti clienti! Recomand cu caldura pentru business-stay! NOTA 10!!!!
