great place to stay very well located i would stay there again

Only the location

- Small roooms - hotel didn't organize the transfer from airport (I gave them flight detail but they send somebody after I called them from airport when nowbody was there to pick me up) - problem with hot water - "fitness center" is disaster After all I can not believe that this kind of hotel has 5 stars

I loved staying at a hotel with so much history. Everyone I met in Bucharest knew the hotel and had wonderful things to say about me staying there. It was very central to all the best parts of Bucharest.

I love everything. I expect soon they will get flat screen TVs.

L'architecture intérieure est digne de celle d'un chateau avec de magnifique dorures.

Fitness: L'emplacement des équipements dans un recoin ne donnent pas l'envie d'en profiter.

Hotel très bien situé, décor fantastique

Les chambres single au plus bas prix semblent signifier que le personnel peut se passer d'être agréable.

-zentrale Lage des Hotels - das Haus erinnert an die Pracht des ''kleinen Paris'', wie Bukarest vor dem Kommunismus genannt wurde. Fasrt alles super erhalten.

Das gute Haus hat bessere zeiten gehabt.... Das Hotel wird ohne Gefühl gemanaged wenn nicht ganz unprofesionelll. Der neue besitzer liegt nicht Wert auf Kunden!!!! Es wirktso aus, dass der Kunde unerwüscht wäre! Das Zimmer (No. 107) hat noch die originalle Austattung im barocken Still. Leider das badezimmer ist ein Witz... klein, kapputes WC, billige Duschkabinne und einen sehr sehr kleinen Waschbecken (kein Platz für Badesachen). Frühstuck .... ein mit dem eigenen Handy beschäftigter Kellner entschüldigte sich, dass es kein Buffet gab (unter 4 Reservierungen wird kein Frühstücksbuffet angeboten). Man konnte trotzdem einen guten Kaffe und etwas zum Essen bestellen. Die meisten Hotels in der nähe sind sehr gut besucht und fast immer voll. Schade für die Geschichte, das Ambiente und den Name Capsa... dieses Hauses.

Very small rooms (you could barely turn around). Everything looks old, frozen in time, but not in a good way. Definitely not a 5 stars. 3 stars with indulgence.
