Staff are friendly and helpful. although I booked 3 nights, I only stayed 2 nights and had to leave one day earlier. The hotel staff did not charge me for changing my booking, although according to the booking conditions I was supposed to pay a penalty. I thanks them for that. I also liked the location of the hotel on top of the hill where the day and night views of Brasov are great. It is too close to the the pedestrian shopping area of the city.

Excellent services. Great value for money. The room was very cosy and comfortable, beautiful classic furniture. Nice perks with free water and fruits every day. My new favourite place in Brasov.

The breakfast buffet could use more diverse selection but still ok for romanian standards.

Awesome room; 331 with old hardwoods, big windows, great bath and large balcony. Breakfast was good; limited help your self but they cook eggs for you and self serve cafe. Terrific location near center, Premerie bus stop (#4 bus for Gara) and main bus stop of Livada Posteii. For Bran daytrip; #12 bus or taxi to Autogara 2... plenty of buses for Bran there, 7 lei and easy.

Very nice location, with wonderful view over the city of Brasov. The hotel is furnished with that mountain-style making it extremely confortable and cozy. Staff is helpful and nice.

Everything! We had an apartment for one night and was fantastic. Superb view, excellent bed, quiet. The receptionist is a plus: very friendly and helpfull.

I liked very much the service. I felt as if I was an old friend who came for a visit, or even a family member. Unforgettable experience of great Romanian hospitality and care. I have booked a 2 room suite, because of a special offer. The suite was very luxury. I can recommend Casa Granta as an exceptional place to stay.

Very nice location, just 5 minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast is good, rooms are very nice, and have a very good look over the city. Private parking can be filled in, still we were lucky enough to get the space. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.

George and the staff were amazing. Customer service was at the highest level of any place we have ever stayed.

The hotel is amazing, located a bit out of the noise of the city center, on a quiet uphill street. We ordered De-Luxe suite #21, which gave us a huge apartment with a covered terrasse and many windows to enjoy the view and the sunrise. The bathroom with jacuzzi was a dream for a tired traveler, and the restaurant wonderful. Service was efficient and cheerful. We loved our stay!

The stairs to the room - well - by that time you've climbed a number of Medieval castle-stairs and clock-towers and one set more doesn't really make a difference. The staff carries your bags! There was nothing not to like.

Friendly staff, good food, wonderful rooms, great view, good location for visiting the old city or shopping, easy access by car.

The room was very affordable and the standard was very high. The room was very large and clean with a lovely bathroom, the room and hotel had great character. We ordered room service which was so affordable and delicious fresh light meals. The terrace was great for breakfast or eating dinner or enjoying wine with a view. The breakfast was great also. We had a car so parking onsite was really handy and only a short 10 minute walk into town, slight hill coming back but nothing difficult.

This hotel is at a very nice location in Brasov. It is up the hill in the direction of the fort up the hill. So you have a very nice view of Brasov especially because we also stayed on the third floor. It did however meant carrying all luggage up three floors but the staff was helping with this. The room we stayed in was very cosy and especially the bathroom was very beautiful. All in all a very beautiful and nice hotel to stay in.

The only unfortunate thing was that the cleaning staff was very loud early in the morning which woke us which I thought was not very appropiate and ordering drinks on the terrace took forever. The breakfast was quite limited. I would definitely stay here again.

The service was brilliant! I loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom, the food was delicious and varied, and the view magnificent. The bathrobes and slippers provided were a luxury touch often not even provided in more expensive hotels.The staff bend over backwards to be helpful, always with a smile. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

Only a minor thing, but I found the single bed I slept on a little too hard for my liking. But I should have tried the other single bed, because when I did, early in the morning, it proved to be a bit more comfortable.

Nice staff, clean room, located very close from the old center of brasov. Restaurant with nice food.

Very nice and clean, did not have dinner in the restaurant but it appeared to be good. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

We had a room without a shower, a tub only.

Staff were great. Location was good and you had a great view over Brasov.
