the room, we were upgraded to a suite with a ballroom size living room, absolutely stunning! credit card facility did not work and we had to pay in cash. |

Very welcoming staff, very good service. The hotel upgraded our rooms as better rooms were available at no charge. Breakfast was ok but could be improved. |

Great staff and very nice big rooms. Food in the restaurant was very high standard. Tip: if you can't find the hotel ask a taxidriver to show you the way. Doesn't cost you more than 1 Euro from the main square. |

Unique building, beautifully furnished. Lovely view from terrace. Exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff. Interesting menu and well stocked bar. it's a bit difficult to get to if you don't know the area. |

We pick this hotel for its location and price. What a pleasant surprise! It sits up on the hill with a relaxing view, away from all the city noises. Yet, it is only 10 minutes or so easy walking from center of town. Sitting on the porch overlooking the city and enjoying our drinks and meals that was wonderful. Meals from the restaurant were excellent! Staffs were attentive and very pleasant. I will definitely recommend this to others. No lift - steps were relatively easy but not for someone with knee/joint problem if you have the top floor like we had - but what a wonderful view! One word of warning, if you don't know the city, it is not easy to find. The taxi from train station rip us off. He charged us 4 times the price compared with what it should be, so make sure you insist the meter when taking the taxi. It should take only 10-15 or so Romania money. |

I enjoyed my stayin at this hotel: I found the staff very friendly and open to help us in any way it could be possible. When we landed in Budapest Otopeni the bag of my husband was lost. It was founded four days later, when we were far away from Brasov. The staff took the bag, phone us and took it til the end of the journey. We found it very kind of the staff. When in Brasov, even in the centre of the city, it is quite difficult to find the hotel because of the lack of indication whatsoever. I think they should make it easier for their guests to find Casa Cranta. |

Great hotel with friendly and helpfull staff. We booked double rooms but have been upgraded to the apartments for free. Very nice interior great views from the windows. Central location however takes some time to find it out. Excellent value for money. |

The service was just great! Our honeymoon passsed as if we were in a dream! The location of the hotel is very convinient. It is situated just in the old town and more over our room had a magnificent view on the mountains and the whole city. The personal is very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! And especially thanks for Roberto and Georgio - they are not only very nice guys, but also great helpers! |

patul foarte confortabil, arhitectura cladirii, privelistea. controlati functionarea dotarilor:de ex.la camera noastra usa de la cabina de dus era defecta cu pericol de cadere/spargere deci implicit accidente.in prima noapte nu am avut suficiente caldura, lucru pe care l-am semnalat si in a doua noapte nu au mai fost probleme. |

Sehr grosses Zimmer, sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter, exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen ! Das Frühstück war nicht so der "Renner", ist aber sicher lokal geprägt. |

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer (33) ist relativ groß und sauber. Schöne Aussicht, wenn man dafür Zeit hat. Internet, auch wenn über Kabel, wird kostenlos angeboten. Jeden Tag hatten wir je eine kleine Flasche Wasser und je einen Apfel ebenfalls kostenlos bekommen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist, wie wohl überall in Brasov, nicht berauschend. Kleiderschrank ist für zwei Personen nicht gerade groß, wenn man auch eine Abend-Garderobe dabei hat. Für Senioren ist das Hotel, mit drei Stockwerken und ohne Aufzug, nur bedingt geeignet. Die Erreichbarkeit zu Fuß ist durch den schlechten Weg (Pflastersteine) erschwert, beim Regen und Schnee kann sogar gefährlich werden. |

Wir hatten eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Suite, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel liegt schön auf dem Burghügel und für eine Besichtigung der Altstadt sehr günstig, da alles leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Die Zufahrt ist schwer zu finden, weshalb eine genaue Beschreibung auf der homepage wünschenswert wäre! |

Die gut erhaltene Villa aus den 30er Jahren ist sehr geschmackvoll adaptiert. Bei traumhafter Lage mit Blick über die Stadt ist sie von dort doch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurant und Terasse sind ebenfalls sehr gemütlich, die Zimmer geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Zufahrt ist nicht leicht zu finden und wegen des schlechten Zustands schwer zu passieren. |
