the location was fantastic and so was the lovely Ioana who was as helpful as could be. We asked for extra pillows which appeared immediately and she helped us with dinner plans and a taxi to the city because it was pouring! (we could have walked but the idea of wet stairs even a few was not appealing. )She also helped with directions to get out of the city since our GPS "died" this was also very helpful air conditioning would have been nice since it was hot and muggy |

The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. I like the balacony and the peaceful back yard. Staff was very helpfull. Hard to find off the highway. Internet map is hard to use if you had never been there before. |

Hotel is conveniently situated walking distance from the centre of Sibiu. Lovely back garden in the city to have breakfast. Friendly hosts. It situited our purpose very well - no complaints or problems |

An excellent location within a few minutes walk of the historic centre of the city, yet very quiet and peaceful. We had a spacious, pleasant room with balcony and garden view. Breakfast was on a sunny terrace. Very good value for money. |

Staff are excellent! We had to leave early and couldnt stay for breakfast, the staff made sandwiches for us while we travelled! Clean rooms. Great Value :) |

The hotel is clean and comfortable. A car was arranged to pick me up from the airport, and take me back. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Sibiu, so is ideally located. i would recommend this hotel to anybody that is travelling to Sibiu. |
