The staff at the hotel were great. they were very friendly and went out of their way to help.

Everything was so good, lovely room, great breakfast, in the centre of town, lovely helpful staff. A very very good choice.

Great location, charming building, huge rooms. This is the third time we stayed at this hotel and we're very happy with it.

the rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated, large well equipped bathrooms and felt like luxury. Prices were very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service and staff were on hand 24hrs, very friendly and helpful. a fantastic stay!

We received a free upgrade to an appartment because we had a baby of 10 months. The hotel staff gave a present because it was my birthday during our stay. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

We had breakfast in our room the first morning but it was from very low quality and different from what we ordered. Second day breakfest buffet downstairs was average quality.

Only issue: nearby there's a pub which sometimes likes to go very loud on music in the night. If you are having trouble sleeping, this will not help you.

The bed and mattress where not very confortable. The sheets and towels where very clean but a bit old and of poor quality.

The double bed only had single duvets which was odd for us as a couple. Room service only on first day but didn't cause a problem really.

The hotel is looking perfect. It is built with a lot of style and taste. I liked the restaurant of the hotel.

The room that I stayed in was so smart build. The TV was positioned in a way that was impossible to see from the bed. Also the entrance door and the bath door were positioned wierd so when you open one, you had to squeeze between the door and the walls.

Breakfast was good, but not impressive

Mi-a placut foarte mult sederea la aceasta pensiune,este curat si personalul este foarte dragut,are o pozitie foarte buna.

Nu ar strica un minibar in camera si cateva tablouri pe pereti,camera pare "rece" la prima vedere,cu toate ca la sfarsitul sejurului pleci cu cea mai placuta impresie.

Good location, nice staff.

The room had a strong small of cigarettes, even if it was clearly stated that no smoking is allowed. We left the windows open, close them during the night, next day: same smell. It might of had something to do with a common wall with a bar.

Actually we didn't stay at Casa Luxemburg but at Huet residence - then I have no idea how is this Casa.

I bought the room at Casa Luxemburg. In fact we got the rooms (3) at Huet hotel, which is far away from this hotel. There are a lot of steps to get to this hotel (aprox - 50-60 steps on the stair to the hotel). The place was an improvisation and not a real hotel. No interior design, a big room with a double bed and nothing more, not even one person to help carrying the luggage on these many steps.

For some reason there was a wall to wall rug rather than tile floors in this quaint old building

I love the location right in the centre of Sibui on a beautiful square and I love the size of the room we had and the two wash basins and that this hotel has some style and is in a lovely restored building. The staff were charming and helpful.

As it is so near some cafes it can be noisy at night though that didn't really bother us. If it had air conditioning it would be even more perfect as one could then keep the double windows shut. The breakfast out in the square was a big improvement on our last visit four years ago but some trays to carry out the breakfast which is buffet style would be a help.

We enyoyed our stay. The only slight inconvenient was the absence of AC in the room.
